Also when he is in the street he has his cover on(not the boonie) and it has the 8 points so it looks sharp, not the army ball cap. check it out..

Many marines have died on islands like Japan, the reason why they have a base in Okinawa is to pay homage to the their fallen, not to mention its a strategic location.

Marines and Sailors, as well as Air force personel have been on Oki for decades. I also served their back in "79 thru "80 for the Marines there its the 3rd Marine Division, a very vital group, that always gets "alerted" anytime trouble starts on a global scale, i should know , we got "ready to roll" when the Iranian hostage ordeal first got started
