  • feel bad for the one who starts a domino effect of bikes

  • shame you all gave up so easily why the lack of support for the notobikeparkingtax campaign

  • See you on 31ST MARCH 2009!!!!!

  • whish i ccould make it to the 31st of march thing, but live up in scotland, and got school at the time (only 17) dad was gunna ride to it but he cant ride atm due to a back injury. but its all too true, bikes arent the problem, if anything theyre a solution,. government has helped to ensure that tax, cbt, licence, and insurace cost for bikes go up because we are a hazzard?.... bullshit. bikes go free indeed

  • This Westminster Council scheme is fleecing bikers in a grand scale.

First, they didn't even bother to paint the motorcycle bays so as to make in clear you were entering a different scheme.

Second, it is discriminatory against people who do not have mobile phones and credit cards.

Third, the parking fine is 53.3% more of the parking fee. This is daylight robbery.

Fourth. There is no clear indication how long you have to pay between parking and calling.

  • @newsreeldemocracy you pay for the day, it's 1 pound and you get to ride all day and park. or if you do i annually it's 100 pounds

  • wow i wish i was there if only i could have a 700cc bike lol

  • buy a second hand 125cc and join the fun!

  • i do have a 125cc :D but i live near Birmingham :(

i have a 1992 Honda NS125r in white with a micron exhaust :P id love to know eny more bike rallys or anything along thos line in and around Birmingham :D check my video profile to see the 125 :P

  • People think they need a special permission to organise a RALLY. Well, the MAGNA CARTA put a stop to that.

Why don't you just call a few FRIENDS and get together in a local CAFE. Start organising a group of three or four. Exchange ideas, invite more people.

In no time you will be joining London with 1,000 bikers.

THAT'S THE WAY IS DONE. GO FOR IT.

    YES YOU CAN.

  • Next demo is the MEGA demo. Gather at TRAFALGAR SQUARE on Tuesday March 31st between 5pm and 6pm. If you can't get off work that early be at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria St London SW1E 6QP at 7PM!!!

  • well done. correct me if i'm wrong, but aren't local authorities in the UK famous for their cock-upsas regards to sustainable development? just look at Farnborough and upton park..if this goes thru, then I think it'll be yet another one.
