I remember being scared as hell knowing that I had to tour this place because my family wanted to really badly. We didn't do a night tour but I don't remember feeling any cold spells, but I refused to go in any of the cells that were open. My sister went in cell 14 though. Even though nothing strange happened I still think the place is haunted. It's pretty creepy...
