Scales are the basics of improv. If you can't play them you can't do it. You did great I can tell you are just learning but it didn't sound bad at all. Keep on Jazzin'!

not bad, but maybe try fewer notes, more space. focus on the rhythmic feeling and add some chromatic passing tones in there.
