this is with the Oscar train with cityrail train Oscar u push this green butten on the door an it open at stops. the CityRail Oscar Train Syndney Australia
When the train stops, the button will illuminate indicating that if the button is pressed, the door withh open, when the button is not illuminated, that means the doors will not open, but it will only illuminate when the train is stopped
Ride some San Francisco light rail trains, the doors do not always open when it stops, if you have ever been on a city bus before, it works like that, pull the stop request cord first.
But as for these trains, you just push the button on the door when it stops
Are these H-Stock trains normally on the U8? That's where I've seen most photos of them.
And is the yellow button to the right of the door a close button? Sensible - Berlin can get quite cold so it's a good idea to keep the heat in - and almost all trains except for most large-profile U-Bahn ones have closing buttons.
The H trains are on every line. They are most common on the U5, but the U8 is also a good place to find one. The gold button next to the door is a closing button.
Type HK

Quatsch. Die H-Züge sind inzwischen 10 Jahre alt und werden 2010/11 durch den I-Zug abgelöst.

That's in a sub in Berlin ^^
Looks like the U7.
And yes, the door won't open if noone is getting out. That's because sometimes the train goes on surface and in the winter you freeze your ass off :)

Strange... the doors don't open when it stops. Why???
Panter4 3 years ago
When nobody is getting in or out of the train the doors stay closed...
Mediaman2000 3 years ago
Interesting, and does it know nobody is getting in or out? Is it better than be automatic?
Panter4 3 years ago
There are push-buttons inside and outside the trains ;-) It's standard in Germany...
Mediaman2000 3 years ago 4
and also in Austria :)
RoRe10 3 years ago
Very interesting, so if anybody on any part of the train don't push the button, the train can continue without stopping. Is that the function?

@Mediaman2000
And in France, as I know. Here in Kiev, in new trains these buttons are olaced too, but not in use... Not usual for ex-ussr, that's why.

@Mediaman2000 I think it's a standard everywhere but what he or she meant is that it's quite a new thing in underground systems...
allinlodz 8 months ago

The F Train is very good, the h trains have more problems.

I disagree strongly, F trains are very bad
HabTasianet 2 years ago
They were strange trains to be on I must say. They took off at about 200 bloody miles an hour.

shouldn't focus the cam just on the door... that makes the video boring -.-
but did i listen right that it's the U7-line?
pandau 5 years ago
Correct. Bayerischer Pl. is a station on the U7.
