i threw a code 9 in my d16z6 crx so i took my dizzy apart and cleaned all contact points inside it and it stopped throwing the code.

code 9 is cyp which are the white and orange wires (pins) frm ur dizzy to engine harnness. jes make sure white to white orange to orange reset ecu should be good. if not use a multi meter and check for continuity frm ur ecu pins to the dizzy plug or its your dizzy

Have your lma's started making noise in your head yet. Mine went bad, found a head on craigslist w/ bent valves, swapped out the lma's and they were noisy too. Now i get to hunt down a set of coil type lma's cause the hydraulic type are all gonna fail. Coil type new from honda @ $44 a piece and there are 8...YIKES!!!! Oh yeah that is a VERY VERY clean ef. Mad props
