MSNBC Admitted Bias

MSNBC has always admitted that they lean to the left. FAUX News just can't seem to get up the nerve that that they lean to the right. As long as Faux News exists I don't have a problem with MSNBC. However, I would love to see "fairness in news" come back and get rid of both MSNBC and FAUX news.

@Deej1125 Well Fox simple gives the right a voice, which is something the other networks don't do. That makes them right leaning to a lot of people. MSNBC claims to "lean forward". It's actually spelled Fox though.

Well, duh. MSNBC is the Fox News of the left. That's why I watch it. Frankly, I couldn't care less what Beck, O'Reilly, Hannity, et al., think of anything.

As much as I hate any form of bias in the media, liberal bias is much more bearable than conservative bias. To be honest, I've never understood the political spectrum. I'm pro-choice, pro-capitalism and atheist; I have no idea where that puts me. I think I just have common sense. In the UK, I would be to the "right of centre", in the US, it seems that "right of centre" is quite extreme and Republicans appear completely blinded by their patriotism and crazy Christian faith.

The Constitution originally put us right of center but after 150 years of liberal work, we are now left of center and moving even farther left. Why do you say conservative bias is not bearable? Is it because the idea of individualism and hard work does not appeal to you?

I just despise the arrogance found in right-wing media and the devotion conservatives have to their religion. It's quite scary. Sometimes an issue needn't have a right/left-wing stance; we should be using common sense and thinking rationally.

@boricuamm707 and you can find videos of msnbs and cnn being insanely bias towards democrats, refusing to talk about a democrat who says somethign racist or something something insanely idiotic, but they chew on a republican who might have mispronounced a word. Missing the biggest new story of the day. I think its bias. Thought I'm not left or right, I feel left is way more bias, especially with the whole calling a person racist who says they don't like obama.

I've seen a lot of msnbc baised videos, idk what you are typing in on youtube or even google, and in general when I watch anything msnbc related I can point out them being bias, its not hard if you keep up on the news. When Timmothy Geithner had that whole thing about not paying taxes, there was very little if any coverage by msnbc. You can't even find an article online about it.

I mostly watch RTAmerica, I think they cover the most world news. And they do a great job of offering both sides of conservative and liberal issues. The anchors try to hide it, but they obviously have liberal ideologies.

I watch all different types of shows with varying viewpoints. Nothing makes you certain of what you believe than hearing something you distaste.

But MSNBC doesn't make up it's facts. That video could have been a video from a different place, guess who did the same thing in the past week? FOX! Bill talkd about the protests in Wis getting out of hand, but showed a video from california of a violent protest. Hmm.. Im sure you've heard of that correct?
