英語がまだ今ほどうまくない頃で「ジャパニーズ英語」になっちゃ­ってるのが恥ずかしいのかな？

Did Seiko have plastic surgery? Her eyebrows look so different, and her face looks a bit too flawless for her age. No offence though, even if she did that doesnt take her talent or title away, just wondering.
