around a year ago, i remember that i always wanted to buy a few Dickinson solo records. i loved maiden and wanted to see what he could have done by himself. his was the first album i picked up by him. it was the last one on the shelf and it was a random impulse buy. one of the best records ive ever had. love it. i cannot believe how lucky i was that day. this song is my favourite, gates of urizen being a close second, then trumpets of Jericho and king in crimson third. go buy it people, now!

Dickinson hit the zone for me with the prior album, Accident of Birth which was amazing. This is my favorite song from this epic follow up to that, and Tyranny of Souls has been a blast as well.

This song is just epic in all the ways a metal song can be. I've seen Maiden, and would love to see Dickinson's solo work live as well, especially this.

Also check out his "Accident Of Birth" album. Bruce Dickinson truly kept the metal faith with these records....fantastic work!
