Nobody cares that she can play with a blindfold. They just want to hear a good recording. Personally I can play prelude and fugue no 1 in Cm without looking at my hands, but I do anyways so that I can focus more on accents and sound than trying to press all the right notes... pffft
It's not stupid, it's an excellent exercise, precisely for the interpretation. One hears and feels better music with closed eyes than by looking his fingers. In addition, she plays very well. Such a critic seems to be simply unfounded, slanderous and sufficient! It's not very nice I think.
@hashirimedes i think her technik is good but to say her musicality is good just because she is playing without looking is wrong i think... musikality is in my point of view something individual and depending on musical charakter of the interpretor its something you cant really discribe u just feel... Maybe experience is a good word but how many experience a normal young girl can have as the music which she did technically good could be influenced?
