I live in Ireland and I bought this box on Amazon, 300euro to my front door. Best thing I ever bought, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I have it about 4 months now and I love it. Setting up was easy, all I had to do was disconnect the Sky+ box and connect this with the 2 feeds from the Sky Satellite and that's it done. Bye Bye Sky

@BestLoyalistMusic10 No on the non freesat there are a lot of FTA channels, Sky News is the only free Sky channel I've seen there. I've found on the non freesat the channels are not great but there are a lot of them mostly rubbish. I think you can get subscription cards to view PPV which are scrambled on non freesat. The freesat is great tho

@BestBuck08 thanks m8 that explains alot , i saw some lad that used to have videos on here that said you can watch free EPL and SPL on the FTA channels but he probaly ment you needed them scrambled cards , cheers man ill sub ye

Got 2 questions after watching this...what format video files will the device play off of an external USB stick and how easy is it to watch TV stations not on the Freesat EPG like Sky news for example?

Yup, they use the same disg, it will just scan for the freesat signal and not the sky signal !

you can use the same dish, either put a new cable into the lnb, or if there isnt a slot, add a quad lnb and use that
