@fedelede2 The way I see it, it's not that much of a difference. It's just the other way around - in Soviet you never existed. Sent to labor camps in Siberia. Tortured and eventually you died.

In Swedish social democracy - nobody cares about your existence and nobody listens when you wish to say something. That's why I call it the same thing, just the other way around. I really am happy we have a new government since 2006...

Brezhnev era was good and decent, but there was no major improvement or reform, the 1977 constitution didn't really give the hoped effect. Gorbachev tried massive reforms because they were needed, but it was just too late.
