It is also possible to set base wards at the very edge of a sidelane, for example:

Botlane Dire after the stairs directly on the right side.

Then you will have a very unique vision, if you're going for rax, as well.

You can thumb this post up, if you think seeing it will help others

I'm not sure if this still works but there's another Roshan/rune ward spot on the Radiant side close to the one at 2:16. It's about in the middle right edge of the screen (at 2:16) on the corner of that cliff. It's difficult to spot because it's hidden by trees and it provides vision of the rune as well as the two ramps leading to the Radiant jungle.

the 200g is the same price as dota, but the range is much much greater (1600vs950), as well as lasting twice as long (6vs3min) and being able to block creep spawns (!) .. well worth it

@GgKsOn16 you can play this on a really low end card that costs about £10-20 (which is a rubbish investement) you can get fairly nice cards at about £50-£100 that will run any game, if you have enough RAM (about 2-4GB) and a decent processor (dualcore minimum, but preferably quad core+)

For all the noobs watching this, observer wards are one of the most important items in the game and when you are playing a support hero actually SUPPORT your team and BUY these wards and put them in the places shown on this video. Your team will thank you immensely and it will give your chance a HUGE advantage with ganking and being ganked, and a more likely chance of winning the game.

I hate that wards are 200 g for two... So expensive at the start of the game! They should change it to 100 g for one! In most scenarios you dont need two wards bot/top... Just one top and one bot! And there isnt time to go to top first then go bot... And most dumb people think: "he is going top, i go bot then" and when i have warded top and omw bot a newb is there messing with the game! So it would be better if one hero buy one ward and another hero buy the other ward.

Most of the places you showed won't work. If you don't put the ward into the spawn point it won't creep block it. When you put the ward outside the spawn point creeps will spawn but they don't show up on the mini-map.

@IceX92 In counter warding you use sentry wards to spot enemy wards and then destroy them.

@IceX92 Yeah, you have to drop sentry wards in the common ward spots to find and destroy their observer wards. Sentries only give vision in a 70 range so you cant use them like observers and their true sight range is 950 so you cant really reveal more than one spot per ward.
