then tilt you head to one side and lightly twist together a chunk of hair and place the ends on the diffuser and lightly push your diffuser up to your scalp. hold it there for about 45 seconds n repeat with different sections.

leave your hair a reall tiny bit damp so your curls can dry and you have that bounce! you can even push in the cool button on your blow dryer and shock your roots with cool air for 20 seconds for extra bounce

OUCH, is all i can say!

its really simple and not painful. you want to put in your product... nothing to heavy. i use curly sexy hair curl creme and got2b crazy sleek (its to defend your hair from heat damage n reduce frizz). i also put tresseme extra volumizing mousse at the roots.

That twisting action look like it hurts.. I have curly hair, and my hair dresser never does that with the diffuser, because the point is not to dry the roots of your already curly/dry hair. Instead, she gets a bunch of the ends of my hair and puts it ON the diffuser for a little while and moves around my head that way.
