Georgina became evil again because of Blair ! Blair was the one to tell her that she was evil and that she will never forgive her for what she did while Georgina was trying to change so hard ! And of course now, she's back to being evil and Blair is going to complain about it ! Well, you shouldn't have treated her that way in the first place, Blair ! If Blair had been nicer, maybe Georgina wouldn't be back to her evil ways...
I actually thought Georgina was evil too, so you can't blame Blair! It sounds like such a Georgina thing! Pretend to be good to get back at Serena, while making everyone miserable, kind of sounds like her idea of fun. I think that Blair was totally justified in thinking that it was Georgina's fault, it's what I'd have thought!
