it happened to me this week for the first time that i entered a room exactly at the moment when the host was starting the game (custom race) and i was 'selecting vehicle' on the players list but wasnt. i dropped immediately. but it can happen that the system doesnt realize i dropped and keeps me in the list for a longer time :( the many problems (mostly online) are a big :( for ms2

On another bug, the start line vehicle stacking chaos is not a bug. It has to be deliberate.

Possibly, but he was messaging me back for the duration of our wait. I don't think it had happened to him before and he was either trying to make sense of my messages or waiting for it to start or something. When he eventually quitted out, that's when the race loaded up.
