WEEK 3 Flower, CFL grow system

I have a question. Are these plants 3 weeks into 12/12 or 3 weeks since you noticed flowers?

Because flowering starts once you start 12/12. By the look of it your plants look like they are in week 4 or 5 of flower. Not sure why I see this confusion everywhere on youtube and other places. But if those are 3 weeks from 12/12 damn you got that shit down bro.

with your watering issue take sum clear air hose from a fish tank and place it in the jug of water and act like your jackin gas and it will juss come out the hose nice haha..
