if we don't have a capo, how can we tune the guitar to get the same sound. i tried doing it regular without it, but it doesnt sound right

Just buy a capo. They're only $3-$10, and if you just try to tune your guitar up to the notes the capo produces, you risk string breakage. And strings cost about the same amount of money to replace anyhow, but capos last longer than strings.
