Oh puhleez, there is nothing wrong with asking people to identify who they really are. There is so much identity fraud in America, the time has come to put an end to people who claim to be someone other than they really are. $200 to prevent identity abuse? I'd pay that price. Didn't you read the news about "dead people casting votes" and all that fraud? I guess you missed that one.
