To the person who gave this clip a thumbs down: You don't like Gary Oldman. You don't know what you're missing. Acting like that gets my juices flowing. So powerful. But you're failure to realize that, to be honest, tends to get a little fucking boring. That's why you should stop!
i just realised for the first time that they cut the background music in the same music as he snipped his finger! that is quite some awesome move if you ask me.
I love British actors. Most of my favourite actors are British. Michael Caine, Alan Rickman, Ralph Fiennes, Jeremy Irons, Colin Firth, Hugh Grant, and of course Gary. He used to creep me out when I was a kid because Dracula and Leon were among the first of his films that I saw. But now that I'm older I think he is sexy...
@tihr7 what part in this movie was beethhoven playing? please reply im reacting this. got the shotgun got other people, got tic tacs, need name of songs?
@jdeppluver1599 This is before he played as Beethoven. This was released first, and then "Immortal Beloved" (the Beethoven movie) was released later. But then again, it depends on how long it took to do the editing of both different movies.
I love his entrance. No words are said but in my own mind when he walks past the curtain things his body language is saying "stansfield, at your service."
"You're a Mozart fan. I love him too. I loooooove Mozart. He was Austrian you know? But for this kind of work *pretends to play piano*, he's a little bit light."
@samraisammy impression fucking indeed. This sort of scene is so much more powerful than Micahel Bay's million dollar 3D graphics. I mean, how can a normal mind improvise such a like like "you don't like Beethoven". I don't even think Gary Oldman is exactly mentally healthy. But neither other geniuses as well.
I fell in love with him years ago. he is so captivating!
