How do you get the stuff you unlock after you've beaten the game?

Go to "Continue Game" and load the "New Game Plus" file. Play until you reach the MkII robot, at which point you will again have everything that you've ulocked, bought, and earned previously. When you get to Drebin in Act 2, you'll also have all of your unspent DP. If you ever select "New Game" from the main menu, you will not have anything to carry over.

Simply equip the suit (gained after completing the game) as well as the Otacon facecamo. The Otacon facecamo can be obtained during a briefing scene. Run the Mk. II into Otacon at high speed and you'll earn the Otacon facecamo following the briefing.

@pikkupaska81 You reload the completed game save and then you click a difficulty. After that you meet up with the mk 2 and you'll have every weapon from the past playthrough. Hope that helps you.
