I'm with davethestalker. I'm a Forza 4 guy but I have driven various cars and SUV's through various mountains all over North America. In real life, that's probably exactly what would happen. I've seen some large passenger vehicles (pseudo-SUV's) NOT make it up at all. I applaud GT5 for getting it right.

@SApcGUY all i know is we have 3 times more cars with 5 times more tracks, on top of that we can create our own tracks which makes it endless, we have go kart racing, regular vechile racing, lemans racing, nascar, formula 1, rally, and we have a car that can go over 300 miles per hour based on a existing car. we have way way way way way way way way more, with a much more realistic feel, and much greater preformance tuning capablilities, forza is good but its no gt5 not even close

Not a game fail, the car doesn't have enough torque nor traction to go up that hill, shows again how realistic GT5 physics are.

Best way to go up that hill is like esteva03 mentioned , zig zag motion.

This is totally probable. If the hill is steep enough you will not be able to go up if the car doesn't have enough power or traction. The technique to go up is to zig-zag your way up lowering the angle of the slope related to the car. This is not a driver fail or a game fail. It's just that a driver is presented with a problem to which he doesn't have the answer to. Funny video!!!
