you know, you dont have to cut your hair to get rid of dreads. you just need a hair brush and A LOT of conditioner.brushing it out will take hours but if u rlly dont wanna cut it then the brushing is worth it

no not really, you just need conditioner or olive oil and have patience and combe them out, will take time but its possible.

@phantomlord91 I know how you feel man. I grew my hair long enough when leaving highschool so I could get dreads. Had em, loved em, needed to get a new job, cut em, got new job. Got into comfortable zone where my work was to good no matter my hair, grew it, made em, loved them. Wanted to get an even better job working at Nokia, cut em, got the job, love the job and had a promotion since. Worth it.

The struggle between work and dreads..I'm still in school for 3 to 7 years because I want to specialize as much as I can so I might get some locks and if it's really necesarry I'm willing to cut them natties off for my job! :) I'd choose my work and future above my hair/life style!

no, you don't have to cut them or shave your head off. you can condition your dreads, and try to comb through them, although the process would be long, and it doesn't work for everyone.
