I'd just suggest jeggings as opposed to actual leggings. I myself have this same problem having a fuller figure especially in my lower regions and as an ethnic female. It accentuates the curves you have where as leggings give you curves if you don't have them Id also suggest a more matte red lipstick instead of the glossy finish
