You should have called it power rows and you would have no baddies with no clues commenting. This kind of rows work very good to increase the deadlift and the hand grip. Keep the back straight and you are good to go. n1 btw

@jsfkt71 For dumbell rows yeah the form isnt perfect, but if your goal is assistance for the deadlift heavy "power rows" done like this work very good. Just keep the lower back straight and you will have no problem.
