our fence could easily break if we tried to jump over it yet somehow, this very heavy-set person's footprints went over it without breaking it. My brother in law and I went into the woods in his truck to look for tracks of anyone walking in the woods behind our house but nothing was ever found. No broken branches or pieces of grass behind our fence was disturbed. It was strange.
as we looked around outside, we noticed footprints in the grass. It appeared to be from a very heavy person...but what startled me was that these same footprints were found going towards the direction of my room but suddenly turned in the opposite direction. Could it have been the crosses in the window that scared the person off? I don't know. What's more startling is that the footprints went back into the direction of the our very brittle fence...
Years later another weird incident took place late one night at my old residence.
In my room I had blotted out the window in my room to keep the heat from the sunlight out. I had covered my window with aluminum tape and had cut out several shapes of crosses in the tape, so that when it was morning, the sunlight would come through the crosses. I had seen such a shadow before as a kid, dying from pneumonia. I had come home after 2 weeks recovering in the hospital after a priest gave me my last rites. A shadow, or something appeared in my window at home. It could have been a man but something about it wasn't right. No man could strike an overwhelming fear in anyone like that thing did to me. I saw a shadow little girl like figure standing on my bed after I woke up from a nightmare. I have seen the shadow man 2x 1 x when I was a kid, it scared the shit out of me, I could not move or scream, it was like i was paralyzed. I've seen a shadow person before and felt them. Usually the stare at you from a distance or boldly up close (laying in your own bed) and also they don't like dogs. One night my dog Spirit was growling at something in the entrance way of the house. I knew exactly what he was growling at because I sensed that it was watching me. So I told it to go away you have no business here. After that it never came back.

i Saw a few of them and one of them was at my old apartment. I woke up and saw a figure standing over my bed looking at me. Scared the crap out of me. I closed my eyes for a second them open them again and saw it still there. After a minute it disappeared. Needless to say I keep the lights on all night along and didn't get much sleep that night.

i have been paralysed 3 times each time it was easier to move now i do not get paralysed but i still see them. the one at about 44 seconds looked like the one i seen it watched me for 6 nights then came after me the 7th i ran an got away un hurt but it keept coming back now it stays out side at night waiting for me to come out it chases me when i get close or go into the dark some areas the darkness is thicker like i can see with no light but their is a wall of darkness infront of me

I've only witnessed them when i am in bed and sleep Paralysis sets in. This leads me to believe in my case anyway that they have something to do with our dreams and spritual selves. Maybe they are a part of our dreams, we just can't remember our dreams when we wake up. Possibly people or entities from our second life we lead which is the life we live in our dreams
@chicojohnson31 I think I had a run in with this. I too am a strong guy with a boxing background. Earlier this year I think it was easter, I fell asleep at my parent's house in their livingroom. In this video it says they paralyze you but I think that comes from fear. Anyways I had just woken up and I couldnt move my body even tho I was awake. I saw this dark presence over my body and had to tell my brain to move my feet. I refused to be scared but I was shaken by it. It hasnt happened again.

This is exactly what happened to me over ten times at my friend's house (never anywhere else) except for the part about his son dying (I was just there for fun) and the creature never touched me until the very LAST encounter, where it had red eyes and was only 2 feet in front of me (closer than it had ever been previously. and usually it has no eyes)...It spoke to me something that was much faster than a human can speak, I don't know if it was english. I never saw it again.
my friend told me he was projecting one time and one slid up on him really fast from the side and told him he wasn't allowed to be there, then he was thrown out of that plane and returned to his body. he told me that it was very powerful and he couldn't resist. Yesterday,I was laying on my couch with a cigerette,I was tired the next thing I remember I was paralyzed,I couldnt wake up and my cigerette dropped in between the couch cushion and I could see the smoke but couldnt wake up.I tried to move my body to fall off the couch to wake up because the couch was starting to burn,with all my might I woke up and the couch was burning,this happens alot to me but I thought it was at the end of the sleep cycle,this was at the beginning.No ghosts though

i may have encountered a few. one night i was having a nightmare about a vampire (non-twilight) and i started speaking latin. I was speaking latin in my sleep, my wife heard me. She woke me up and for a second I saw a dark entity, the thing I was fighting in my dream, above the bed. I remembered the latin I spoke and looked it up. "in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost."
I woke up one night filled with this amazing terror, I rolled over to find one of them standing right next to my bed, starin at me, I sat up, and stared back at it for about 20 secons before it vanished.

@threedayswaste Wrong. Your probably thinking this is something people only see out of the corner of their eyes, that's not at all what is being talked about here. These figures are as real as your hand in front of your face. They appear in certain places only from my personal experience and the stories of others, so if you go to one of those places and spend a few weeks there (maybe more) I would say its almost guaranteed youll see one.
THis exact same thing happened to a friend of mine, he told me about it in 2000 long before any kind of hype around the subject, We were about 17 years old he said a shadow demon entered his body in the middle of the night and tried to get him to kill his parents, filled him with evil thoughts and rage, it was powerful but he called out to god to save him and the thing left.

I see these fuckers EVERYWHERE!!! I swear they're following me. I was even attacked by one a couple years ago. Very freaky experience. I don't know what they are but they're definitely real. For the most part, I just see them and nothing happens.

our fence could easily break if we tried to jump over it yet somehow, this very heavy-set person's footprints went over it without breaking it. My brother in law and I went into the woods in his truck to look for tracks of anyone walking in the woods behind our house but nothing was ever found. No broken branches or pieces of grass behind our fence was disturbed. It was strange.

It appeared to be from a very heavy person...but what startled me was that these same footprints were found going towards the direction of my room but suddenly turned in the opposite direction. Could it have been the crosses in the window that scared the person off? I don't know. What's more startling is that the footprints went back into the direction of the our very brittle fence...

Years later another weird incident took place late one night at my old residence.
In my room I had blotted out the window in my room to keep the heat from the sunlight out. I had covered my window with aluminum tape and had cut out several shapes of crosses in the tape, so that when it was morning, the sunlight would come through the crosses. I had seen such a shadow before as a kid, dying from pneumonia. I had come home after 2 weeks recovering in the hospital after a priest gave me my last rites. A shadow, or something appeared in my window at home. It could have been a man but something about it wasn't right. No man could strike an overwhelming fear in anyone like that thing did to me. Scares me to this day when I still think of it.

I saw a shadow little girl like figure standing on my bed after I woke up from a nightmare. It was there for like an hour after I woke up and I kept my eyes closed most of the time and peeked a few times to see if it was there. It stayed still, never moved and just watched me. The human brain recognizes human features where they aren't, such as in clouds or flames, and we evolved from relatively weak ancestors when compared to the predators of their time who often hunted at night.
We developed learning to see danger in the darkness when we KNOW there is nothing in that room. It isn't a shadow person, its proof of evolution..

I have seen the shadow man 2x 1 x when I was a kid, it scared the shit out of me, I could not move or scream, it was like i was paralyzed. Finally i screamed for my momma and as she came it left, she said i was dreaming, i know i was not. Then 2 yrs ago I was at a friend's house and stayed the night and it came again, he actually touched me and i was bone chilling cold!!!! I yelled at it and it took off, he has red eyes and a long black hooded outfit and he floats with no legs.

I've seen a shadow person before and felt them. Usually the stare at you from a distance or boldly up close (laying in your own bed) and also they don't like dogs. One night my dog Spirit was growling at something in the entrance way of the house. I knew exactly what he was growling at because I sensed that it was watching me. So I told it to go away you have no business here. After that it never came back.

I saw one! It's demonic! Its accompanies a rotten smell and paralized me.I could'nt even talk, It's not sleep paraylisis in my case. It was black withalmost a static charge or energy swimming all over it.It was small ,maybe four feet and I couldnt make out any features,other than it looked "hooded".Its stood next to a bird cage at my parent that contained doves,they went crazy when it appeared! Then i lost time and since that happened.I've encountered its presence numerous time's. .

i Saw a few of them and one of them was at my old apartment. I woke up and saw a figure standing over my bed looking at me. Scared the crap out of me. I closed my eyes for a second them open them again and saw it still there. After a minute it disappeared. Needless to say I keep the lights on all night along and didn't get much sleep that night.

i have been paralysed 3 times each time it was easier to move now i do not get paralysed but i still see them. the one at about 44 seconds looked like the one i seen it watched me for 6 nights then came after me the 7th i ran an got away un hurt but it keept coming back now it stays out side at night waiting for me to come out it chases me when i get close or go into the dark some areas the darkness is thicker like i can see with no light but their is a wall of darkness infront of me

On a few occasions they have tried to choke me while i am in bed and half asleep. Some say to say the word jesus and they go away but for me i say fuck off satan and they go away. @chicojohnson31 I think I had a run in with this. I too am a strong guy with a boxing background. Earlier this year I think it was easter, I fell asleep at my parent's house in their livingroom. In this video it says they paralyze you but I think that comes from fear. Anyways I had just woken up and I couldnt move my body even tho I was awake. I saw this dark presence over my body and had to tell my brain to move my feet. I refused to be scared but I was shaken by it. It hasnt happened again.

I'm fifteen and I woke up at around 3 AM I knew something wasn't right, so when I looked to see what it was a seven foot shadow was standing a few meters from my wall. It had a hat that drooped down at the sides and it stayed for about eleven seconds before swirling into the atmosphere. This is exactly what happened to me over ten times at my friend's house (never anywhere else) except for the part about his son dying (I was just there for fun) and the creature never touched me until the very LAST encounter, where it had red eyes and was only 2 feet in front of me (closer than it had ever been previously. and usually it has no eyes)...It spoke to me something that was much faster than a human can speak, I don't know if it was english. I never saw it again.

my friend told me he was projecting one time and one slid up on him really fast from the side and told him he wasn't allowed to be there, then he was thrown out of that plane and returned to his body. he told me that it was very powerful and he couldn't resist. I have had my own demons for years tho and aside from addiction, satanism and the fact that I have personally welcomed satan in and forsook god on many times and ghosts never try to scare me. I sometimes see them when I project, just attack them. They're pussies really. Simply trying to survive I think, they need energy to sustain their existence from this realm, although that is only a theory of mine. Yesterday,I was laying on my couch with a cigerette,I was tired the next thing I remember I was paralyzed,I couldnt wake up and my cigerette dropped in between the couch cushion and I could see the smoke but couldnt wake up.I tried to move my body to fall off the couch to wake up because the couch was starting to burn,with all my might I woke up and the couch was burning,this happens alot to me but I thought it was at the end of the sleep cycle,this was at the beginning.No ghosts though

i may have encountered a few. one night i was having a nightmare about a vampire (non-twilight) and i started speaking latin. I was speaking latin in my sleep, my wife heard me. She woke me up and for a second I saw a dark entity, the thing I was fighting in my dream, above the bed. I remembered the latin I spoke and looked it up. "in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost."

@threedayswaste Wrong. Your probably thinking this is something people only see out of the corner of their eyes, that's not at all what is being talked about here. These figures are as real as your hand in front of your face. They appear in certain places only from my personal experience and the stories of others, so if you go to one of those places and spend a few weeks there (maybe more) I would say its almost guaranteed youll see one.

THis exact same thing happened to a friend of mine, he told me about it in 2000 long before any kind of hype around the subject, We were about 17 years old he said a shadow demon entered his body in the middle of the night and tried to get him to kill his parents, filled him with evil thoughts and rage, it was powerful but he called out to god to save him and the thing left.
