the trick is to play it with the music off

the window wouldnt open for me but i got it eventually, try backing out and replaying the game, waiting for the guy to get to the button, not letting the mouse touch the building on the left, and doing things at different moments, but if you really cant get it just rejoin again, it refreshes the game.

and another TIP!!!. refreshing or restarting the game doesnt work. so better click the game from page where you find it..
