It's amazing how John lost his stutter as soon as Jay hired him. He stutters for stern for so many years and suddenly he gets an announcers job with leno. An announcers job where people must speak well! John was cool, now he sucks.

@Lvduggo69 -By going with Leno, he banked at least a couple mil, made valuable Hollywood contacts, and helped secure his family's financial future. Had he stayed with Stern, he'd still be answering phones and making peanuts. Additionally, he would have had to continue working weekends to pay the bills.
