REAL BLACK IS BACK, REAL BLACK POWER Poose & Nas Esco Kings Of New York BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES JD:)
@Imnotadkskr Well everyone knows Jay is more financially fit than Nas, so it's only wise that Nas goes where the money is. But come on dude, Nas slaughtered Jay. I'm a huge Nas fan but I like Jay-Z. So no bias, just calling it how I see it.
jay is one of the best because he successfully blends commercial success with an origin story better than wolverine. nas is one of the best because he keep his true to form, and has more soul than a pair of size 13 jordans. regardless, this video wasn't about jay-z, but papoose. so get on with yours and start harvesting those fruits of labor before you get caught in an alphabetical slaughter.
Every video I see a fuckin dumbass comment about an idiot "pursuing their rapping dreams" no one fuckin cares that's like spam let me read my comments in peace faggz

I know the secret to doing a perfect alphabetical slaughter. Ive heard another rapper do an alphabetical slaughter record. He did it perfectly. He just didnt go backwards. Some british guy. He called it alphabetical massacre or something like that. He really went in on the letter P.
This was a good ass interview, and funny as hell. Pap is that dude. Good to see him still standin' by his woman while she locked down. Can't wait for Pap's album to drop. Been waitin' on it for the longest time.
Drake n common is both good, but ppl sayin drake is more lyrically talented, dont give me that. common is a poet speakin real stuff. drake speaks bout money n what not. drake aint hard but "sweet" cuz he from canada. nuff said chi city realier, d rose, michael jordan, kanye... list goes on
when you annihilate or detroy means to ruin completely, like 50 cent did ja rule. Jay used Nas as a stepping stone just like he did Jaz o. Putting nas on the summer jam screen in 2001 (Take over)sky rocketed Jay to another level. Nas is nice and won a battle, But lost the war. Super ugly was just taunting Nas. Jay played chess and took over, while everybody was high off ether......
@BeenaBee that maybe true, thats why I go by numbers. I bang ether till this day. Stillmatic, Second best diss song ever behind hit em up. Jay started a war that put him in the elite Nas ran out of wind in the end... Jay kept going..
99% of rappers who claim they chose to go independent, are really just frontin and did it because they didn't get any love from the label- cuz their wack. Nobody chooses to leave a label if they shit is hot enough and they can get the deal they want.
@masterman2324 LOL you sound mad.. Its ok to lose sometimes man lmao.. Besides Jay-Z himself even admitted losing the battle.. Is that enough for you stan? LMAO
Why do radio cats always ride dudes dicks soo hard.....always be acting all amazed and shit about everything the rapper says...quit acting like a damn groupie....
@AddictiveKaos No, Nas is and has been a fairy tale rapper. He talks about things he hadnt done in real life and like Jay-Z said on his first video "I CAN'T GET WITH THAT" . If you hadnt seen the video, watch, it's Jay-Z's first video and is super dope.
@masterman2324 "I can't get with that"? lol That triplet-style rap was nice when Das EFX did it, but Jay with that flow? It's the reason why he started Rocafella: No label would sign him, sounding like that. Nas' Illmatic featured no popular rappers, but had the nicest producers (at the time) on it. Wouldn't you know it? Jay-Z then always got the hottest producers for every song. As Nas said on Stillmatic, "You use to rap like the Fu-Schnickens / Nas designed your Blueprint, who you kiddin'?"
@gmn545 Jay-z couldnt get a deal probably because he was too original. He's the most successful rapper in history. Regardless what Nas said, he couldnt buy Jay-Z's shoelace. The biggest insult to Nas was when Jay-Z sampled his voice, on a couple of tracks, and Nas probably didnt get paid because he didny have the rights to his own music.
A bit of a mistake when you said that Jay-z was original due to the fact he DID switched his style once he hit mainstream in the 90s. Instead of a quick-paced rap style, he transitioned to a more slower, poetic style (like Nas). Then again in the 2010-2012 era with a more "Southern" based style. While Nas stay true to his on rap style, Jay-z constantly switches to fit the ways of the new era. Jay-z is shit basically.
@redmarioproductions I said he was original and nobody was signing him, so I made no mistake by saying he was original; what he did after he hit mainstream wasnt included in my original story. Jay-z's not shit. I dont even see how you could say that. Plus I KNOW you heard the "donk" song pap made, thats pure trash. Jay-Z knows how to make money with music and regardless of incorporations (styles and content) into his music, he still remains relevant and will continue too.
I didn't say Jay-z was original because nobody was signing him. I'm pretty sure there were alot of unoriginal rappers unsigned back then. You're being a hypocrite also when you mentioned Papoose (which wasn't included in MY original story). That one song he made "Donk" was bad, but did you listened to his others? Like for example Alphabetical Slaughter, Thug Connections, 6'7' freestyle, Mixtape Murda ect. If you listen to those you will see why he's respected in Hip Hop.
@redmarioproductions That's absolutely fucking pure nonsense. So Jay-z is shit because he has more styles than Nas and has the ability to switch up his flows? smh Didn't Nas jump on that mafioso trend on It Was Written after Rae/Ghost and Big made it popular.
The reason why Jay-z is still relevant in 2012 and Nas fell off is because Jay has many styles. You have to switch up your style or else people get tired of your sound. See Wu,Ja, DMX,Nas,etc and all 90s mcs.
The word "relevant" is being tossed around alot these days. Anyways thanks for proving my point when you said "The reason why Jay-z is still relevant in 2012 and Nas fell off is because Jay has many styles." By the way Nas didn't fall off. He just doesn't have significant promotion like Jay-z does.
@masterman2324 Wrong. There was never anything original about Jay-Z. His style was a copy of Jaz-O and every other rapper who had triplet-style (e.g. Das EFX, Fu Schnickens, etc.) "Most successful..." Businessman? Yes. Rapper? NO. Tupac and Eminem kick his ass in record sales. In lyricism, Nas wins hands down. Jay's even used some of Nas' lines (and MANY other rapper's lines too, btw). Hot97's poll for who made the better diss tracks toward each other: Nas - 58%; Jay - 42%.
@gmn545 Eminem appeals to people with identity problems, and he signed miserable contracts, Tupac couldnt be the best- all he did was convey his weaknesses and desperation through music. People just said Nas was better to hear Jay-Z disses. Nas is a fabricator. Fabricated his whole persona, I'm not into storytelling, I'd rather hear about life I'm living. Jay-z's the realest "D'evils" and the whole black album trumps Nas's entire discography.
@masterman2324 LOL! who they hell are you? some sort of world class hip hop preacher? all i can say is you sound like a joke dont act like your some creative producer....not anyone can make these kind of comments you stupid person
@kervin1015 Not a preacher by any means. I'm a great rapper, with significant opinions. You inferior bastard. Your identity is lost; you clone-like insignificant loser.
@masterman2324 Nas is a fabricator? So when he talks about Ill Will, losing his mother, does a track with his dad, that's all fiction? But Jay Z says "I'm still spending money since '88" (when he was broke as fuck until '96 - you can tell by his clothes in "Originators") & you believe him? Jay Z was a sidekick to Jaz-O in and made his way to the top by PIGGYBACKING off of EVERY other prominent name (and their lyrics!) in hip hop. Nas' career was established by one album featuring NO ONE famous.
jesus christ you annoying fucking dickrider, Blueprint 1 had barely any famous guest appearances. Same with the Black Album. Anyone who hates on Jay Z's output is a dickrider and not a fan of a hip hop.
@Misterphooey There's a reason Nas said, "You use to rap like the Fu-Schnickens / Nas designed your 'blueprint', who you kiddin?" Listen to Jay's old stuff, when he couldn't get a deal ("Originators", "I Can't Get With That"), then go to Nas (Illmatic): No famous features, but many hot producers. Jay's "Blueprint 1" (& Black Album!) COPIED this: Hot producers (Just Blaze, Kanye West, Em, Timbaland), minimal features. Nas' bar was factual. Unlike Jay, Nas didn't need Eminem (BP1) or Pharell (BA).
you disingenuous fuck. as if the Blueprint 1 and the Black Album are acclaimed and loved by hip hop heads because of Em and Pharell. You arent even being honest here. You're the worst type of fan out there. Nas would probably laugh at your claims about Jay Z. He knows full well Jigga is the only New York cat at his level,and he's said it in interviews.
@Misterphooey They are acclaimed largely because of PRODUCTION and having Em feature (and produce!) and Pharell (#1 single on BA was "Change Clothes"!) greatly contributed to the success of those albums. In case you weren't aware, *before* BP1, Eminem's MMLP won a Grammy for "Best Rap Album", and went DIAMOND in terms of album sales. You bet your ass having Em feature GREATLY helped his album do well. And my claims about Jay were made first by Nas lol. Just listen to the disses.
Not at all. Jay was heralded the king of NY. He was selling out concerts and I remember when he records were played all over the radio in NY. While em was blowing up, Jay was having his own movement in the east coast. Everyone was rocking Jay-z after his hard knock track. That track was his most important in my view. He started selling so much and that was his crossover record. If anything, the soulful beats on blueprint, made him big.
@Stm11111 "Jay was heralded the king of NY" o.O How quickly people seem to forget. After Ether dropped, there was an interview on Hot97 where Jay-Z was not only stuttering in disbelief of the scathing diss, but even tearing up. Nas fucked Jay up (badly!). Jay became a successful business man (Rocawear, 40/40, etc), which made him a lot of money. Production - namely, Kanye, Timbo, Just Blaze - & famous features (past and present), got him constant spins on the radio & MTV every summer. Cont'd..

Yeah ether got to him. But Jay has been consistent since vol 1. Name other rappers who still remains relevant. I don't know why I'm arguing cause Nas is my favorite rapper. Illmatic had great production. After Nas appeared on that digital underground track, all NY producers wantedd to hook up with him. He got the best beats for that time. But Nas destroyed that album never the less. Jay can rap. He just wanted that mainstream money and fame. Who wouldn't it? lol
@Stm11111 Jay couldn't get a deal; nobody wanted his ass. He stayed relevant by piggybacking prominent artists of his early days (and biting verses!), swagger-jackin' Young Chris' 'smooth-n-whisper' flow, stealing Omillio Sparks' hook for his own single "I Just Wanna Love You", promoting ONLY his album (American Gangster) after he became Def Jam CEO, etc.
I think Guru said it best: "You'd be happy as hell to get a record deal / Maybe your soul you'd sell to have mass appeal."
That doesn't change the fact that he still sells and he's rich as fuck. All these stupid fucks talk about swagger jacking and flow stealing. If your flow was so well crafted, then how come you're not the one selling records? I admit, Jay bites too much. Lets be honest, beanie and other other artist on his label weren't hot( except Kanye) . He knew that. At the end of the day, every rapper goes into business when they sign. No need to hate someone because of their success.
@Stm11111 "how come you're not the one selling records?" Because the guy (Jay) who signed you (Chris) took his flow and shelved him. He did all of State Prop dirty. You can watch on YT where Omillio talks about Jay cheating him out of HIS OWN HOOK on "I Just Wanna Love You". And I don't hate on commercial success; get your money where can make it. But what I DO hate is when the discussion is about skill/talent as a rapper and people bring up $. So is 50Cent a better rapper than Jadakiss? ...
the only reason Omillio didn't get paid is cause he didn't have a publishing company set up..he knew that. I admit Jay hustled him out of millions, but that's an amateur mistake. Honestly, I think people who argue about ppl stealing flows, is overrated. Eventually your going to have people who have similar flows. It's all about who does it the best. You can't compared Chris to Jay. I agree, skill does not = sales.
@Stm11111 "that's an amateur mistake" He did this to a member of his own crew. What's that tell you about him?... Regarding flows, "eventually" isn't the case. We're talking about a noticeable change in his flow after '99 (when he signed Chris). Many people are aware of this already. And the only way anyone would think Jay does it the "best" is because Jay never let anyone in his crew shine - none of them. Kanye was more useful because he's great at what's made Jay-Z's career: Beats.
Again, it's business. Jay got to the top, by crushing others. Oh please, the rest of his crew were useless. They served more as an entourage/bodyguards then they did as artists. None of them had talent. Young chris? Garbage. Beenie? Garbage. Freeway? Garbage. He knew that. Beenie thinks Jay gotta do everything for him (ex:his jail sentence). All of them died down for a reason.
@Stm11111 "Useless"? UseFUL. From their flows, hooks, Philly fan base - all of which Jay used to *his* advantage. "Young chris? Garbage." Jay Z himself would disagree with you there. Chris' flow (which Jay took) and his capability of mental-writing (no pen and paper). See the vid of the Roc at the studio where Jay goes crazy over Chris' freestyle (Jay: "He's 16!!!" lol). "Jail sentence" Because they were boys! How are you gonna leave your fam (Roc La "FAMILIA", remember?) hanging like that?
Not at all. Oh please, why would Jay say otherwise and not hype his own crew. Look at where they all ended up without Jay(haha esp young chris)...Yeah useful for his career. They crafted a great artist. But individually, they're all horrible rappers and artists. What more do you want from a guy? He released their albums even after they were garbage (beenie?). Beenie was mad cause Jay didn't wanna look after him, after his sentence. Familia? Survival of the fittest and Jay won.
@Stm11111 He would hype them in one breath, and use them Diddy-style in the next. He's always done that. Look at how "great" a job he did as CEO of Def Jam. Every rapper on that label (LL, Joe Budden, Method Man, Redman) hated him. "Look where they all ended up"? Look at where every rapper (aside from currently Rick Ross) has ended up with Diddy. Same thing. And Beanie's first album went Gold, or did you not know that? His first 2 albums: billboard top 5. Jay used them all, then discarded them.
I did know that. I still never found beenie any good. He's a horrible rapper and found success only because he was part of the roc. It was easier to go gold in 00/01. His last two, bombed. I don't get your criticism of Jay though. Like I said, Jay will step on others. He should have never been president because his judgment is clouded by his own hunger for success. Same with Diddy. Two selfish, but successful men. That still makes Jay a great artist however.
@Stm11111 "Jay will step on others" who helped bring him up. That's the point. There's a reason why none of his original boys (Jaz-O (who gave him a name & career), Sauce Money, Dehaven, Dame Dash) roll with him still. Why most people he worked with in the past say "Fuck Jay Z" (DMX, LL Cool J, Raekwon, Method Man). I personally don't "hate" him (I don't know him), but they all because they know how shady he is. For me, I say he's overrated when it comes to actual talent as a rapper.
I don't get why you keeping bring up personal issues in discussion , when determining ones talent. Jay ain't my top 5 but name another rapper who has been as consistent as he is. I can't. He's reinvented himself countless times to fit new ages of rap, and that should be applauded nevertheless. It's progression. Jay can be deep or he can make radio hits.
@Stm11111 "name another rapper who has been as consistent as he is" Consistent how? "He's reinvented himself countless times" Yes, let's applaud conformity and straying from originality... no. "Progression"? That usually involves growth. Hopping on to the latest trend isn't growth; it's just trend-hopping. And the ratio of deep-to-radio hits for Jay is 1 in 50 (or more).
@gmn545 Son u dont listen to Jay z, its obvious. So y are u talkin bout him like u know his music. I hate when ppl having a general concept of something or someone leads them to believe that they have deep understanding. I guarantee u havent listened to half of jay's music so stop commenting like u know him and his music thoroughly fuckin fake
@TheViviid I've listened to Jay-Z since before Reasonable Doubt. From triplet-style Jay ("Can I Get Open?", "Originators", "My Kinda Girl", "What's In a Name?") to Watch The Throne. I critique something *after* listening to it. So take your head out of your ass.
@gmn545 STFU. How many "radio hits" were on reasonable doubt? He follows trends? U know nothing about hip hop cuz everyone knows he sets them. DOA completely dismantled the autotune movement. When he said he doesnt wear jerseys anymore, David Stern asked Jay to make a song endorsing them cuz their sales plummeted immensely. No one in Hip Hop history has maintained his level of consistency and that is FACT, as in not up for debate. "Men lie, Women lie, NUMBERS DONT."
@TheViviid On RD, "Dead Presidents" (thanks to a Nas sample!), "Cant Knock the Hustle" (thanks to Mary J Blige), and "Aint No Nigga"... everyone knows he sets them? LMAO! He made triplet-style rap big? He started mafioso rap with RD? Wu-Tang starts the trend of hip hop clothing lines and who picked up on it? Diddy and JAY-Z. Consistency in what? sales? Sorry but Eminem kicks his ass in that department. If Jay hadn't piggybacked off every prominent artist's music, he'd have fallen off years ago.
@gmn545 Wtf are u saying, like really? Samples are apart of Hip hop nd DP's is one of the greatest songs ever. He rapped mafioso rap cuz he really lived that shit which is y no other one can compare. Of course Em sold more cuz he's white. He's nice but his #'s r inflated, even Em admitted that. Of course u need radio friendly songs so ur album can sell, r u stupid? You've said nothing of value so im done with u. Ur just a hater who chooses not to recognize excellence in a given craft.
@TheViviid Exactly, one of his greatest songs had to sample Nas to sell. Did Nas ever have to sample anyone? Nope. "cuz he really lived that shit" Do you believe in the easter bunny too? Jay's from Marcy but he's about as gangsta as Poppa Doc from 8 mile lol. During his [only] case ("Un" stabbing incident), he initially pleaded not guilty and swore up 'n down he was nowhere near the scene.
As to radio hits, Nas makes hits from lyricism, even on weak beats ("One Love"). Jay NEEDS hot production.
@gmn545 As for DP's, Nas made it a hot line, Jay made it a hot song lmao. Im from Bmore but my family's from Brooklyn nd everyone from there knows he was gettin money. U talk like u were with him n the 80's lls. He pleaded not guilty...and? What does that mean? It means he didnt wanna go to prison dickhead, wtf r u saying really? He caught only one case nd im sure he's happy about that. U sound like a white boy who thinks to be a gangsta, u had to be locked up wit an extensive rap sheet.
@TheViviid "Jay made it a hot song" Jay made his career off of someone else's hot lineS (yes, he's bit Nas' bars before too) and hot production. Nas made his career off of his own talent. There's no comparison as to who is more of a real MC. I wasn't with Jay, but Jaz-O and Dehaven were. Read THIS interview:
vulture. com / 2007 / 11 / former_jayz_associate_dehaven. html
(remove spaces)
I know you have no better source on this "he lived that shit" crap than Jay's own boy. LMAO!
@gmn545 The smartest ones r the ones who knw when to quit i.e. Jay-z nd 50 cent. Some rappers actually lived the life they speak but only real recognizes real which is y u cant differentiate. Its clear they lived what they speak which is y there still gettin money to this day. Dont let the suits fool u, thats just adapting to the money. As for Nas, his biggest record was with the hottest female musician of the mid-late 90's, Lauryn Hill so stop this Nas bullshit ur speaking. He's nice but stop
@TheViviid "his biggest record was with the hottest female musician" *facepalm* Lauryn Hill appeared on his SOPHOMORE album (It Was Written), AFTER Nas already made what About. com and Prefix magazine call the "the best hip-hop record ever made." He did not *need* any prominent artists to help establish his place in hip hop. Jay needed Biggie, Mary J, and a sample of Nas on his FIRST album. Who did Nas have on Illmatic? Then-unknown AZ ... that's it.
@gmn545 Reasonable Doubt didnt go platinum till 2002 so wtf are u saying?Jay got hot during his second album dummy. Rolling Stones had rd #248 on 500 greatest albums ever nd Illmatic 400 so wtf r u saying? Nas had the best producers ever on Illmatic so wtf r u saying? Dehaven is mad cuz he's not rich so wtf r u saying? He said he did most of the work which is expected of a loser who's crying about this and that so wtf r u saying? U havent said shit. Fact is Men lie, Women lie, NUMBERS period
@TheViviid o.O ... That's due to increase in hip hop record sales across the board. Nas' Illmatic didn't go platinum until 2001 either. But regarding initial reception, Source gave Illmatic 5 Mics; Reasonable Doubt got 4 lol. Jay's second album got "hot" in terms of record sales due to gaining recognition from RD (thanks to his features!). Nas was "hot" from the jump, all by himself. And none of those beats were those producers best works lol You calling "One Love" (classic!) a hot beat? LOL!
@TheViviid "Dehaven is mad cuz he's not rich" -__- ... Are you fucking kidding me? THAT's your excuse? He's speaking about their life growing up BEFORE he made a dime. Notice the part where he debunks your "cuz he lived it" nonsense. You really think Jaz-O, Dehaven, Dame Dash, all of State Prop, every artist on Def Jam records (during the brief period Jay ran it) are ALL just haters because of his money?!? They all know he's a shady, disloyal, self-centered artist who NONE of them trust anymore.
@TheViviid "He said he did most of the work which is expected of a loser who's crying about this and that" No, he's saying it because it's true. And he was there with him in the 80s; you weren't. So your opinion on it means nothing. And "numbers" CAN lie. Nobody in their right mind thinks any of these millionaire artists of this generation are better MCs than Rakim, Kool G Rap, et al. But all the greats were able to get deals easily. Jay started ROC because... HE COULDN'T GET ONE. Period.
@gmn545 The higher up u go the more haters. U say hating ass Dehaven, I say grateful Emory who also was with him hustling and just got done a 12 year bid bout a year ago with a $50k job waiting for him. Matter fact, Jay wrote a letter to the courts that helped get him out early. Dehaven said himself money was one of the reasons he's mad, talkin bout Roc-a-fella was made on his back...GTFOH. Thats all it comes down to, these faggots expect Jay to take care of them forever. Jay responds on tracks.
@TheViviid That's because Jay takes care of only those who kiss his ass (e.g. Memphis Bleek, Emory). Those who are man enough not to, he doesn't give a fuck about. Money is one thing; LOYALTY is another, and Beanie Sigel, Dehaven, Jaz-O, Dame Dash, all hate Jay for the latter reason, NOT the former.
@gmn545 "Didnt i spoil u, me or the money, what u loyal to. Gave u my loyalty, made u royalty, and royalties. Took care of these niggas lawyer fees and dis is how niggas rewarded me? damn" "What do u do when the love turns to hate, gotta separate from these fuckin fakes" "The love is gone, till blood is drawn, cuz we no longer where the same uniform. Fuck u squares, circle got smaller, castle got bigger, walls got taller and truth be told after all that said, nigga still got love for ya."
@gmn545 You can choose to believe these so called "hustlers" who have no money(ironic), go on youtube and gossip sites to talk about one man all day, and complain about what he hasnt done for them. But i believe the man who calls himself a hustler with 450 mil to back it up and didnt wait on anybody to do things for him, but made moves nd did it for himself. Men lie, women lie, NUMBERS DONT. You believe a man still living in the same project he was born, the "Hustler" who did all the work. GTFOH
@TheViviid "calls himself a hustler with 450 mil" ROFLMAO! Yeah, using your friends for a foot in the door (Jaz-O, Dame), piggybacking on every prominent artists' tracks (BDK, Biggie, Big L etc), biting other rappers' lyrics ad nauseum, starting beef with one of the GOATs (Nas) to make a real name for yourself, stealing Omillio's hook, & using your money to go the clothing line & sneakers route (which G-Unit started the SAME year (2003) BEFORE Jay). Damn, everybody else's ideas & work made Jay.
@gmn545 "Heard mo'fuckas sayin they made Hov. Made Hov say, ok, so, make another Hov" Lmao ur one of them. 1st, Rocawear was founded before 50 even had a deal dummy. 2nd, how could Emory be kissing his ass from prison? He was locked from 98-2010 dummy. 3rd, beef is a part of Hip Hop, if u dont know that than ur truly lost, and he was already outselling Nas by millions before that dummy. Lastly, im stating FACTS. Ur talkin like u know whats goin on behind the scene, STFU wit dat loyalty shit
@TheViviid Rocawear? I'm talking about S. Carters by Reebok, "dummy" lol 2nd, they've always been boys, Jay's been making money since '96, and NEWS of Jay's success certainly made its way to him while in jail. 3rd, beef is part of Hip Hop, but it shows that some can make careers off their own talent, while others need to try and shine off others (e.g. 50 Cent, Jay Z, etc). And if you think Jay had more respect in the hip hop community than Nas did BEFORE Blueprint, you're high as fuck.
@TheViviid "y he da only nigga wit 450 mil" Because he's the only one willing to all the things he did to get money. You're like every stupid nigga in this young generation that thinks money makes the man. All the money in the world won't change the fact that Jay had to be unoriginal, a piggybacker, a biter, and a manipulator to get what he has. Diddy has his money, and everyone & their brother knows he's shady as hell. Rakim, Kool G, and others aren't as rich, but DEFINITELY have more respect.
@gmn545 Jay nd 50 did a commercial TOGETHER for Reebok so what r u saying, seriously? Again wit these opinions. Jay OUTSOLD Nas by MILLIONS b4 blueprint, those numbers r FACTUAL. U keep talkin bout repect like u speak for every man. Nas had his chain snatched in his own HOOD, talkin bout respect. Fuck outta here. Gimme facts to prove your point. I dont care about ur opinion if u cant back it up. Nd Jay had already caught fire before Emory got locked up, but Emory was still hustlin.
@TheViviid "did a commercial TOGETHER for Reebok" But 50's G-Unit line came out BEFORE S. Carters by Reebok. Fact! "Jay OUTSOLD Nas by MILLIONS" What kind of moron are you? Do you honestly think record sales = talent/skill?!? So 50 Cent is a better rapper than Jadakiss and AZ? LMAO! Nigga you don't know shit.This is about who's work gets more respect based on their SKILL. The fact that Nas made arguably the greatest hip hop album of all time ALONE (no star features!) earned him more respect.
@gmn545 Its obvious he wasnt kissin ass b4 he got locked up nd its not possible to kiss ass in prison. U keep sayin who has respect, but those r OPINIONS. Gimme facts. I respect Jay more than all dem niggas nd im in the Hip Hop community. Most hip hop sites nd mags recognize Jay as the GOAT so that respect shit is invalid. U havent stated one fact. Men lie, Women lie, NUMBERS DONT. Nd btw, "Im not a biter, im a writer for myself nd others, I say a BIG verse, Im only biggin up my brother. "
@TheViviid "Im not a biter, im a writer for myself nd others, I say a BIG verse, Im only biggin up my brother" ROFLMAO! Bullshit. That you actually buy that nonsense shows how much dickridin you're willing to do. You're gonna tell me he's "biggin up" ALL THESE artists?
youtube. com / watch?v=bED9wMqQ1i8
(remove spaces)
And those are the MAJORITY of opinions, regarding respect. You gonna tell me Jay Z gets more respect in the hip hop community than Rakim, KRS, Nas, etc? LOL! You're delusional.
@TheViviid "its obvious he wasn't kissin ass" How is it obvious? Jay only keeps ass kissers taken care of (Memphis Bleek). And you really need to stop with this bullshit about "NUMBERS DONT". Here's a quote for you: "There are three kinds of lies 1) Lies, 2) Damn Lies, and 3) STATISTICS". Numbers don't mean shit when we talk about skill & talent. Soulja Boy's first album is platinum, for fuck sakes. ROFLMAO! xD
@gmn545 Its obvious cuz he was still hustlin in the streets dickhead. Mo'fucka u said Jay needed Nas to get big nd Im givin u numbers/facts that say ur incorrect dummy. Soulja Boy's first album lls. 50's last album aint even go gold. Jay has 12 PLATINUM records dummy. U can fool a crowd once, twice, and maybe even 3 but not 12 times stupid. STOP with this "respect in hip hop" bullshit. Ya white ass is from the suburbs, frontin like ur deeply rooted in hip hop's culture so stfu wit dat.
@gmn545 Niggas who are actually from the hood respect consistency and being able to come up outta ur situation. No rapper has been able to stay relevant and at or near the top when they're 40+ nd u sittin here talkin bout soulja boy. Even niggas who hate jay-z, the real ones still acknowledge what he's done. U discredit EVERYTHING like he aint come from the very bottom of America to havin lunch wit Bill Gates. Fuck outta here farreal. Even Stevie Wonder can see dats somethin to be proud of.
@gmn545 You're the definition of a hater. I dont care how cliche it sounds, ur a fuckin hater. Its not that u love Rakim, Nas, nd AZ so much. This argument is because u hate Jay-Z. Any negative thing u hear about dude, u believe just cuz u cant stand where he's at. Puttin features on an album is a crime when he does it. The greatest beef in Hip Hop history is a crime cuz he was involved. Signing a shoe deal wit reebok is wrong cuz 50 did it first. U take random ass niggas' words over a legends'.
Not to many artist even care or even lyrics anymore. Wish him the best but his style is 90s. We need that hit pap

when you annihilate or detroy means to ruin completely, like 50 cent did ja rule.

@AddictiveKaos No, Nas is and has been a fairy tale rapper. He talks about things he hadnt done in real life and like Jay-Z said on his first video "I CAN'T GET WITH THAT" . If you hadnt seen the video, watch, it's Jay-Z's first video and is super dope.
masterman2324 1 month ago
@masterman2324 "I can't get with that"? lol That triplet-style rap was nice when Das EFX did it, but Jay with that flow? It's the reason why he started Rocafella: No label would sign him, sounding like that. Nas' Illmatic featured no popular rappers, but had the nicest producers (at the time) on it. Wouldn't you know it? Jay-Z then always got the hottest producers for every song. As Nas said on Stillmatic, "You use to rap like the Fu-Schnickens / Nas designed your Blueprint, who you kiddin'?"
gmn545 1 month ago
@gmn545 Jay-z couldnt get a deal probably because he was too original. He's the most successful rapper in history. Regardless what Nas said, he couldnt buy Jay-Z's shoelace. The biggest insult to Nas was when Jay-Z sampled his voice, on a couple of tracks, and Nas probably didnt get paid because he didny have the rights to his own music.
masterman2324 1 month ago
@masterman2324
Jay-z is shit basically.
redmarioproductions 1 month ago
@redmarioproductions I said he was original and nobody was signing him, so I made no mistake by saying he was original; what he did after he hit mainstream wasnt included in my original story. Jay-z's not shit. I dont even see how you could say that. Plus I KNOW you heard the "donk" song pap made, thats pure trash. Jay-Z knows how to make money with music and regardless of incorporations (styles and content) into his music, he still remains relevant and will continue too.
masterman2324 1 month ago
@masterman2324
If you listen to those you will see why he's respected in Hip Hop.
redmarioproductions 1 month ago
@redmarioproductions That's absolutely fucking pure nonsense. So Jay-z is shit because he has more styles than Nas and has the ability to switch up his flows? smh Didn't Nas jump on that mafioso trend on It Was Written after Rae/Ghost and Big made it popular.
The reason why Jay-z is still relevant in 2012 and Nas fell off is because Jay has many styles. You have to switch up your style or else people get tired of your sound. See Wu,Ja, DMX,Nas,etc and all 90s mcs.
MrSpliffstarz 1 month ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@MrSpliffstarz
The word "relevant" is being tossed around alot these days. Anyways thanks for proving my point when you said "The reason why Jay-z is still relevant in 2012 and Nas fell off is because Jay has many styles." By the way Nas didn't fall off. He just doesn't have significant promotion like Jay-z does.
redmarioproductions 1 month ago
@masterman2324 Wrong. There was never anything original about Jay-Z. His style was a copy of Jaz-O and every other rapper who had triplet-style (e.g. Das EFX, Fu Schnickens, etc.) "Most successful..." Businessman? Yes. Rapper? NO. Tupac and Eminem kick his ass in record sales. In lyricism, Nas wins hands down. Jay's even used some of Nas' lines (and MANY other rapper's lines too, btw). Hot97's poll for who made the better diss tracks toward each other: Nas - 58%; Jay - 42%.
gmn545 1 month ago
@gmn545 Eminem appeals to people with identity problems, and he signed miserable contracts, Tupac couldnt be the best- all he did was convey his weaknesses and desperation through music. People just said Nas was better to hear Jay-Z disses. Nas is a fabricator. Fabricated his whole persona, I'm not into storytelling, I'd rather hear about life I'm living. Jay-z's the realest "D'evils" and the whole black album trumps Nas's entire discography.
masterman2324 1 month ago
@masterman2324
I acknowledge that this is an opinion and not fact. Therefore invalid and can be disputed.
redmarioproductions 1 month ago
@masterman2324 LOL! who they hell are you? some sort of world class hip hop preacher? all i can say is you sound like a joke dont act like your some creative producer....not anyone can make these kind of comments you stupid person
kervin1015 1 month ago
@kervin1015 Not a preacher by any means. I'm a great rapper, with significant opinions. You inferior bastard. Your identity is lost; you clone-like insignificant loser.
masterman2324 1 month ago
@masterman2324 Nas is a fabricator? So when he talks about Ill Will, losing his mother, does a track with his dad, that's all fiction? But Jay Z says "I'm still spending money since '88" (when he was broke as fuck until '96 - you can tell by his clothes in "Originators") & you believe him? Jay Z was a sidekick to Jaz-O in and made his way to the top by PIGGYBACKING off of EVERY other prominent name (and their lyrics!) in hip hop. Nas' career was established by one album featuring NO ONE famous.
gmn545 1 month ago
@gmn545 Very well said man. school that jay-z dick rider.
mrwhatever213 1 month ago
@gmn545
jesus christ you annoying fucking dickrider, Blueprint 1 had barely any famous guest appearances. Same with the Black Album. Anyone who hates on Jay Z's output is a dickrider and not a fan of a hip hop.
Misterphooey 1 month ago
@Misterphooey There's a reason Nas said, "You use to rap like the Fu-Schnickens / Nas designed your 'blueprint', who you kiddin?" Listen to Jay's old stuff, when he couldn't get a deal ("Originators", "I Can't Get With That"), then go to Nas (Illmatic): No famous features, but many hot producers. Jay's "Blueprint 1" (& Black Album!) COPIED this: Hot producers (Just Blaze, Kanye West, Em, Timbaland), minimal features. Nas' bar was factual. Unlike Jay, Nas didn't need Eminem (BP1) or Pharell (BA).
gmn545 1 month ago
@gmn545
you disingenuous fuck. as if the Blueprint 1 and the Black Album are acclaimed and loved by hip hop heads because of Em and Pharell. You arent even being honest here. You're the worst type of fan out there. Nas would probably laugh at your claims about Jay Z. He knows full well Jigga is the only New York cat at his level,and he's said it in interviews.
Misterphooey 1 month ago
@Misterphooey They are acclaimed largely because of PRODUCTION and having Em feature (and produce!) and Pharell (#1 single on BA was "Change Clothes"!) greatly contributed to the success of those albums. In case you weren't aware, *before* BP1, Eminem's MMLP won a Grammy for "Best Rap Album", and went DIAMOND in terms of album sales. You bet your ass having Em feature GREATLY helped his album do well. And my claims about Jay were made first by Nas lol. Just listen to the disses.
gmn545 1 month ago
@gmn545
Stm11111 1 month ago

Who wouldn't it? lol
Stm11111 1 month ago
@Stm11111 Jay couldn't get a deal; nobody wanted his ass. He stayed relevant by piggybacking prominent artists of his early days (and biting verses!), swagger-jackin' Young Chris' 'smooth-n-whisper' flow, stealing Omillio Sparks' hook for his own single "I Just Wanna Love You", promoting ONLY his album (American Gangster) after he became Def Jam CEO, etc.
I think Guru said it best: "You'd be happy as hell to get a record deal / Maybe your soul you'd sell to have mass appeal."
gmn545 1 month ago
@gmn545

It's all in the promotion and the record industries.
redmarioproductions 4 weeks ago
@Stm11111 "how come you're not the one selling records?" Because the guy (Jay) who signed you (Chris) took his flow and shelved him. He did all of State Prop dirty. You can watch on YT where Omillio talks about Jay cheating him out of HIS OWN HOOK on "I Just Wanna Love You". And I don't hate on commercial success; get your money where can make it. But what I DO hate is when the discussion is about skill/talent as a rapper and people bring up $. So is 50Cent a better rapper than Jadakiss? ...
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545
the only reason Omillio didn't get paid is cause he didn't have a publishing company set up..he knew that.
Stm11111 3 weeks ago
@Stm11111 "that's an amateur mistake" He did this to a member of his own crew. What's that tell you about him?... Regarding flows, "eventually" isn't the case. We're talking about a noticeable change in his flow after '99 (when he signed Chris). Many people are aware of this already. And the only way anyone would think Jay does it the "best" is because Jay never let anyone in his crew shine - none of them. Kanye was more useful because he's great at what's made Jay-Z's career: Beats.
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545
Stm11111 3 weeks ago
@Stm11111 "Useless"? UseFUL. From their flows, hooks, Philly fan base - all of which Jay used to *his* advantage. "Young chris? Garbage." Jay Z himself would disagree with you there. Chris' flow (which Jay took) and his capability of mental-writing (no pen and paper). See the vid of the Roc at the studio where Jay goes crazy over Chris' freestyle (Jay: "He's 16!!!" lol). "Jail sentence" Because they were boys! How are you gonna leave your fam (Roc La "FAMILIA", remember?) hanging like that?
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545
Stm11111 3 weeks ago
@Stm11111 He would hype them in one breath, and use them Diddy-style in the next. He's always done that. Look at how "great" a job he did as CEO of Def Jam. Every rapper on that label (LL, Joe Budden, Method Man, Redman) hated him. "Look where they all ended up"? Look at where every rapper (aside from currently Rick Ross) has ended up with Diddy. Same thing. And Beanie's first album went Gold, or did you not know that? His first 2 albums: billboard top 5. Jay used them all, then discarded them.
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545
Stm11111 3 weeks ago
@Stm11111 "Jay will step on others" who helped bring him up. That's the point. There's a reason why none of his original boys (Jaz-O (who gave him a name & career), Sauce Money, Dehaven, Dame Dash) roll with him still. Why most people he worked with in the past say "Fuck Jay Z" (DMX, LL Cool J, Raekwon, Method Man). I personally don't "hate" him (I don't know him), but they all because they know how shady he is. For me, I say he's overrated when it comes to actual talent as a rapper.
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545
Stm11111 3 weeks ago
@Stm11111 "name another rapper who has been as consistent as he is" Consistent how? "He's reinvented himself countless times" Yes, let's applaud conformity and straying from originality... no. "Progression"? That usually involves growth. Hopping on to the latest trend isn't growth; it's just trend-hopping. And the ratio of deep-to-radio hits for Jay is 1 in 50 (or more).
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545 Son u dont listen to Jay z, its obvious. So y are u talkin bout him like u know his music. I hate when ppl having a general concept of something or someone leads them to believe that they have deep understanding. I guarantee u havent listened to half of jay's music so stop commenting like u know him and his music thoroughly fuckin fake
TheViviid 3 weeks ago
@TheViviid I've listened to Jay-Z since before Reasonable Doubt. From triplet-style Jay ("Can I Get Open?", "Originators", "My Kinda Girl", "What's In a Name?") to Watch The Throne. I critique something *after* listening to it. So take your head out of your ass.
gmn545 3 weeks ago
@gmn545 STFU. How many "radio hits" were on reasonable doubt? He follows trends? U know nothing about hip hop cuz everyone knows he sets them. DOA completely dismantled the autotune movement. When he said he doesnt wear jerseys anymore, David Stern asked Jay to make a song endorsing them cuz their sales plummeted immensely. No one in Hip Hop history has maintained his level of consistency and that is FACT, as in not up for debate. "Men lie, Women lie, NUMBERS DONT."
TheViviid 3 weeks ago
@TheViviid On RD, "Dead Presidents" (thanks to a Nas sample!), "Cant Knock the Hustle" (thanks to Mary J Blige), and "Aint No Nigga"... everyone knows he sets them? LMAO! He made triplet-style rap big? He started mafioso rap with RD? Wu-Tang starts the trend of hip hop clothing lines and who picked up on it? Diddy and JAY-Z. Consistency in what? sales? Sorry but Eminem kicks his ass in that department. If Jay hadn't piggybacked off every prominent artist's music, he'd have fallen off years ago.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 Wtf are u saying, like really? Samples are apart of Hip hop nd DP's is one of the greatest songs ever. He rapped mafioso rap cuz he really lived that shit which is y no other one can compare. Of course Em sold more cuz he's white. He's nice but his #'s r inflated, even Em admitted that. Of course u need radio friendly songs so ur album can sell, r u stupid? You've said nothing of value so im done with u. Ur just a hater who chooses not to recognize excellence in a given craft.
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid Exactly, one of his greatest songs had to sample Nas to sell. Did Nas ever have to sample anyone? Nope. "cuz he really lived that shit" Do you believe in the easter bunny too? Jay's from Marcy but he's about as gangsta as Poppa Doc from 8 mile lol. During his [only] case ("Un" stabbing incident), he initially pleaded not guilty and swore up 'n down he was nowhere near the scene.
As to radio hits, Nas makes hits from lyricism, even on weak beats ("One Love"). Jay NEEDS hot production.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 As for DP's, Nas made it a hot line, Jay made it a hot song lmao. Im from Bmore but my family's from Brooklyn nd everyone from there knows he was gettin money. U talk like u were with him n the 80's lls. He pleaded not guilty...and? What does that mean? It means he didnt wanna go to prison dickhead, wtf r u saying really? He caught only one case nd im sure he's happy about that. U sound like a white boy who thinks to be a gangsta, u had to be locked up wit an extensive rap sheet.
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "Jay made it a hot song" Jay made his career off of someone else's hot lineS (yes, he's bit Nas' bars before too) and hot production. Nas made his career off of his own talent. There's no comparison as to who is more of a real MC. I wasn't with Jay, but Jaz-O and Dehaven were. Read THIS interview:
vulture. com / 2007 / 11 / former_jayz_associate_dehaven. html
(remove spaces)
I know you have no better source on this "he lived that shit" crap than Jay's own boy. LMAO!
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 The smartest ones r the ones who knw when to quit i.e. Jay-z nd 50 cent. Some rappers actually lived the life they speak but only real recognizes real which is y u cant differentiate. Its clear they lived what they speak which is y there still gettin money to this day. Dont let the suits fool u, thats just adapting to the money. As for Nas, his biggest record was with the hottest female musician of the mid-late 90's, Lauryn Hill so stop this Nas bullshit ur speaking. He's nice but stop
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "his biggest record was with the hottest female musician" *facepalm* Lauryn Hill appeared on his SOPHOMORE album (It Was Written), AFTER Nas already made what About. com and Prefix magazine call the "the best hip-hop record ever made." He did not *need* any prominent artists to help establish his place in hip hop. Jay needed Biggie, Mary J, and a sample of Nas on his FIRST album. Who did Nas have on Illmatic? Then-unknown AZ ... that's it.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid o.O ... That's due to increase in hip hop record sales across the board. Nas' Illmatic didn't go platinum until 2001 either. But regarding initial reception, Source gave Illmatic 5 Mics; Reasonable Doubt got 4 lol. Jay's second album got "hot" in terms of record sales due to gaining recognition from RD (thanks to his features!). Nas was "hot" from the jump, all by himself. And none of those beats were those producers best works lol You calling "One Love" (classic!) a hot beat? LOL!
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "Dehaven is mad cuz he's not rich" -__- ... Are you fucking kidding me? THAT's your excuse? He's speaking about their life growing up BEFORE he made a dime. Notice the part where he debunks your "cuz he lived it" nonsense. You really think Jaz-O, Dehaven, Dame Dash, all of State Prop, every artist on Def Jam records (during the brief period Jay ran it) are ALL just haters because of his money?!? They all know he's a shady, disloyal, self-centered artist who NONE of them trust anymore.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "He said he did most of the work which is expected of a loser who's crying about this and that" No, he's saying it because it's true. And he was there with him in the 80s; you weren't. So your opinion on it means nothing. And "numbers" CAN lie. Nobody in their right mind thinks any of these millionaire artists of this generation are better MCs than Rakim, Kool G Rap, et al. But all the greats were able to get deals easily. Jay started ROC because... HE COULDN'T GET ONE. Period.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 The higher up u go the more haters. U say hating ass Dehaven, I say grateful Emory who also was with him hustling and just got done a 12 year bid bout a year ago with a $50k job waiting for him. Matter fact, Jay wrote a letter to the courts that helped get him out early. Dehaven said himself money was one of the reasons he's mad, talkin bout Roc-a-fella was made on his back...GTFOH. Thats all it comes down to, these faggots expect Jay to take care of them forever. Jay responds on tracks.
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid That's because Jay takes care of only those who kiss his ass (e.g. Memphis Bleek, Emory). Those who are man enough not to, he doesn't give a fuck about. Money is one thing; LOYALTY is another, and Beanie Sigel, Dehaven, Jaz-O, Dame Dash, all hate Jay for the latter reason, NOT the former.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 "Didnt i spoil u, me or the money, what u loyal to. Gave u my loyalty, made u royalty, and royalties. Took care of these niggas lawyer fees and dis is how niggas rewarded me? damn" "What do u do when the love turns to hate, gotta separate from these fuckin fakes" "The love is gone, till blood is drawn, cuz we no longer where the same uniform. Fuck u squares, circle got smaller, castle got bigger, walls got taller and truth be told after all that said, nigga still got love for ya."
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 You can choose to believe these so called "hustlers" who have no money(ironic), go on youtube and gossip sites to talk about one man all day, and complain about what he hasnt done for them. But i believe the man who calls himself a hustler with 450 mil to back it up and didnt wait on anybody to do things for him, but made moves nd did it for himself. Men lie, women lie, NUMBERS DONT. You believe a man still living in the same project he was born, the "Hustler" who did all the work. GTFOH
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "calls himself a hustler with 450 mil" ROFLMAO! Yeah, using your friends for a foot in the door (Jaz-O, Dame), piggybacking on every prominent artists' tracks (BDK, Biggie, Big L etc), biting other rappers' lyrics ad nauseum, starting beef with one of the GOATs (Nas) to make a real name for yourself, stealing Omillio's hook, & using your money to go the clothing line & sneakers route (which G-Unit started the SAME year (2003) BEFORE Jay). Damn, everybody else's ideas & work made Jay.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid Rocawear? I'm talking about S. Carters by Reebok, "dummy" lol 2nd, they've always been boys, Jay's been making money since '96, and NEWS of Jay's success certainly made its way to him while in jail. 3rd, beef is part of Hip Hop, but it shows that some can make careers off their own talent, while others need to try and shine off others (e.g. 50 Cent, Jay Z, etc). And if you think Jay had more respect in the hip hop community than Nas did BEFORE Blueprint, you're high as fuck.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 U dont know anymore than I do nigga, talkin bout loyalty like u was wit em nd
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "y he da only nigga wit 450 mil" Because he's the only one willing to all the things he did to get money. You're like every stupid nigga in this young generation that thinks money makes the man. All the money in the world won't change the fact that Jay had to be unoriginal, a piggybacker, a biter, and a manipulator to get what he has. Diddy has his money, and everyone & their brother knows he's shady as hell. Rakim, Kool G, and others aren't as rich, but DEFINITELY have more respect.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "did a commercial TOGETHER for Reebok" But 50's G-Unit line came out BEFORE S. Carters by Reebok. Fact! "Jay OUTSOLD Nas by MILLIONS" What kind of moron are you? Do you honestly think record sales = talent/skill?!? So 50 Cent is a better rapper than Jadakiss and AZ? LMAO! Nigga you don't know shit.This is about who's work gets more respect based on their SKILL. The fact that Nas made arguably the greatest hip hop album of all time ALONE (no star features!) earned him more respect.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
LOL! You're delusional.
gmn545 2 weeks ago
@TheViviid "its obvious he wasn't kissin ass" How is it obvious? Jay only keeps ass kissers taken care of (Memphis Bleek). And you really need to stop with this bullshit about "NUMBERS DONT". Here's a quote for you: "There are three kinds of lies 1) Lies, 2) Damn Lies, and 3) STATISTICS". Numbers don't mean shit when we talk about skill & talent. Soulja Boy's first album is platinum, for fuck sakes. ROFLMAO! xD
gmn545 2 weeks ago
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 Niggas who are actually from the hood respect consistency and being able to come up outta ur situation. No rapper has been able to stay relevant and at or near the top when they're 40+ nd u sittin here talkin bout soulja boy. Even niggas who hate jay-z, the real ones still acknowledge what he's done. U discredit EVERYTHING like he aint come from the very bottom of America to havin lunch wit Bill Gates. Fuck outta here farreal. Even Stevie Wonder can see dats somethin to be proud of.
TheViviid 2 weeks ago
@gmn545 You're the definition of a hater. I dont care how cliche it sounds, ur a fuckin hater. Its not that u love Rakim, Nas, nd AZ so much. This argument is because u hate Jay-Z. Any negative thing u hear about dude, u believe just cuz u cant stand where he's at. Puttin features on an album is a crime when he does it. The greatest beef in Hip Hop history is a crime cuz he was involved. Signing a shoe deal wit reebok is wrong cuz 50 did it first. U take random ass niggas' words over a legends'.
