The Problem with the Gimmick was that it came up roughly around the same time as when WWE was hoping to turn the show into a more children friendly PG rating and the idea of someone walking out and saying "Its ok to do selfish things" was deemed unacceptable and they not only ended the Gimmick but released one of the most promising young wrestler of his generation Sean O'Haire...now that they are allowing pipe bombs and such maybe that can resurrect it?
I really enjoyed this gimmick because you could go anywhere with it. This gimmick walked the line between face and heel and thats why it never had a chance to get going because Vince hates those kind of gimmicks. In his eyes its either face or heel, there is no in between. Sigh....what could have been...
Of the many, many opportunities that WWE has screwed up over the years, this was probably the biggest aside from the entire botched Invasion storyline.

Sadly I think TNA have also gained the power to fuck up a sure thing. Just look at what they're doing with Joe, the entire X division and when you think about it, most the roster! Christopher Daniels as Curry man is horrible, where did his push go? AJ made to Job for the best part of last year then try build him up when hes already a triple crown winner. TNAs greatest crime is Kurt Angle! No one wants endless backstage segments etc. Stick Kurt in the ring, feed him the roster and get 5* matches
If you watch enough wrestling dvd's. A lot of wrestlers say that Vince tries to bury wrestlers he did not create to make himself look smarter. Vince did a lot for this business, but he does bury good talent strictly because HE did not create them. Which sucks
Agreed. With all the new guys coming in, guys coming back from TNA, and guys who have been around, are talented, and still need a good push, why keep continuing to invest in a guy who's sole talent is being able to market kids crap?

I guess they were simply reintroducing O'haire as he'd previously appeared in the ECW/WCW Invasion. He would've been as big as CENA is now even though Cena's turned into somewhat of a modern day Hulkster who if you tune in frequently gets both booed and cheered at the same time it's confusing either u like like him(CENA) or y don't.O'haire simply got cheer especially when he went solo as "The Devil's Advocate". His promos in someways were too broad and complex for some fans to get. understand

Totally agree. Raven could have EASILY been WWE's top heel. WWE is the only company I know that can fuck up a sure thing. It pains me to think about all of the amazing talent they wasted.

Sadly I think TNA have also gained the power to fuck up a sure thing. Just look at what they're doing with Joe, the entire X division and when you think about it, most the roster! Christopher Daniels as Curry man is horrible, where did his push go? AJ made to Job for the best part of last year then try build him up when hes already a triple crown winner. TNAs greatest crime is Kurt Angle! No one wants endless backstage segments etc. Stick Kurt in the ring, feed him the roster and get 5* matches

If you watch enough wrestling dvd's. A lot of wrestlers say that Vince tries to bury wrestlers he did not create to make himself look smarter. Vince did a lot for this business, but he does bury good talent strictly because HE did not create them. Which sucks
