You have to put your PC's router address, not the ISP IP. If you have a router working in your home, go to the main router address (which in my case is 192.168.1.1) through your browser, and look at your computer's router address. That is what should go into the IP in ventrilo, not the ISP IP Address. Thumbs up so people can see.
