if you cant afford a mesa boogie then you should take a look at bugera amps(i would recommend 333xl) but any tube amp would sound great but nothing sounds good as a mesa!!

Too much bass, not enough treble or gain in my opinion. My roadster sounds amazing. But I do use a equalizer in the mix which makes it absolutely even more amazing. Really tho, with an EQ in the mix, boost the treble and it makes it completely brutal.
