Thank you for your review on Ambi. I use to use Ambi years ago when I had very bad acne. From your review, I may start back using it. I still have a few dark spots. I use shea butter on my face so I wonder if I use the Ambi first and then the shea butter or shea butter then Ambi. I am glad you asked your doctor, that's a good idea.

I have some blemishes on my back & and upper arms from acne. I wanted to know if this product really works? and if so, does ambi work for men? You said that it wouldn't be wise to place the cream all over, bc everything will fade...so would i just apply it to each spot and then do a overall fade once I see improvement? or just sit in the sun to bake once i stop using the cream?

you forgot to mention one of the most important things, use sunscreen when your outdoors. especially on the spots you have been trying to lighten..  very important!!!

I had bad hyperpigmentation from a bad chemical peel and I used a product called Dermesthetix and it turned my skin lighter (a little lighter than my natural color) but it did ERASE my hyperpigmentation which was all I needed it to do anyway wasn't looking for it to LIGHTEN my natural color. good Luck girl!

@danielleantonella i really think it will. i have been using it on a dark ugly scar i have on my thigh and its been two days and its already a lot lighter! i say you give it a shot, its only 5 dollars at CVS. i have the same problem as you and i just started using it today. first, you should test the product on the inside of your elbow to see if you will have any bad reaction. try it for at least three days then use it if there is no bad reaction. good luck! :)

Oh yeah I remember seeing that too on one of the ambi product that i have. I think it said that if you have a dark skin tone that the results won't be as noticable or something of that nature.

Thank you for the comment about how any person of any skin color can use this product. I am of mixed heritage (half Caucasian and half Mexican American) and I have an uneven skin tone due to past acne and hormonal issues after my pregnancy.

I'm using the Ambi skin cleanser and love it so far. I will try to fade cream next to help get rid of under circle and past acne marks.

Ok I found this product today at Salleys Beauty Supply here in Texas. I have old acne spots that are purple in color I was looking for away to getem gone. I saw your video after I bought the cream and wanted to think you for posting this video. I will do the steps you recommend instead of the box directions.

I picked this up in the pharmacy the other day. I've never used Ambi products before but the "formulated for oily skin" really drew me in and I figured for $5 I couldn't really lose.

OH MY GOD!! It's been 2 days and I see a HUGE improvement already. It doesn't have a really strong scent, goes on so smoothly and it isn't greasy. It actually seems to be working about the same as a prescription product that I've used in the past.

I will NEVER use another fade cream.
