  • Just to say if I was asked what did I miss the most while in duality, I would answer - the experience of unity, and the experience equality. That is, as in 'be the experience of unity and equality'

  • @Sloppyff

    Gotcha.

When asked what I like the most about the 3-d reality, I think I'd have to say the solitude, not something that you can experience in the collective (although we are never really alone, but at least on this plane we can pretend we are!).

  • @1Lelabear

Yea, observing and experiencing ones physical form in solitude can be a challenge in itself. For some, paradoxically, it's the beginning of the return to reconnection. Paradoxes all over the place..:-)

  • @Sloppyff

The paradoxes are the fun part, right?

Just want to make sure I don't miss the joke, that would suck!

    Happy Shifting~

  • @1Lelabear bulshit and lolshit....we know that ....

  • @Lastixen What do you know?

  • Excellent. It is so very easy. I would like to add: individual integrity is maintained within the experience of collective conciousness

  • @Sloppyff

Absolutely! Thanks for adding that point, I couldn't agree more! As Paul Williams says, "we have nothing to lose but our credit cards!"

  • @1Lelabear

Not being able to experience the collective conciousness is like being told by a teacher to stand outside the classroom door or to look into the place where the party is. Connection is one of the experiences we give up when we choose duality to be in our field of experience.

When we return, we experience the experience of having been away for just a moment. No matter what we have planned for ourselves and the length of linear time in dulaity, we will always be away for just a moment

  • @Sloppyff Sweet!

And the experiences we bring back with us to the collective feed the fires of eternity.

I think we're all been pretty brave to have taken on this assignment, I'm looking forward to a BIG welcome home party!

  • @1Lelabear

Hehe cant wait - face to face very soon indeed.

It has been said, others, in different times and places, complain of their own sate and experience of 'being-ness', they are shown what it means to be human - they stop complaining, until they forget. Yes, the brave are here - but we were always going to succeed. Perhaps the experience of the myth of separation where there is none, and the illusion of fear the most challenging and, therefore, hold the growth points we were looking for.

  • @Sloppyff

Always giving each other the benefit of the doubt, that's what's going to get us through this thing. See ya on the flip side, mi amor...

  • so simple...ONE LOVE :)

  • Excellent video - thanks

  • mayavardi philosophy is very deep but not the ultimate truth. Goloka Vrindarvana, is way beyond this.

  • Sounds like you're comparing apples to oranges here. Where do the Krisna's come into this?

  • In my experience, emotions or feelings tend to depend on how the mind see events.. Identifying something in particular as the 'key', when everything is connected seems to dismiss something over the other..Beautiful video, by the way..

  • Thanks, I appreciate your thoughtfulness. I am working on the premise that our emotional states underpin the mental and physical situations we encounter, instead of them being reactionary to events. I hope to learn to have my emotions at MY command, and chose how I feel about things, instead of just managing the reaction. But the message here is to explore and incorporate the emotions, not discount them as mere annoyances. Make sense???

  • What I am trying to get at is. If we think the past is over, and we only exist in the present, then emotions stemming from past events have less power over us. But if we think the past is real today, then the emotions stemming from past experiences have more power to disturb our inner peace. Make sense???

  • Absolutely. Thus the understanding that we have to CHOSE our thoughts and MANAGE our emotions. To activate our true inner harmon our, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical factors need to balance. Be. Here. Now.

  • And as long as we stay present, or keep our attention in the NOW, we have control over our emotions, because they are simply an expression of our humanness. And the idea that they are more powerful than any other aspect of our being is just a trick the mind plays to convince us that how it receives things is true, causing us to act on instead of observing and releasing our emotions.

  • Quite true again. BALANCE is the key, not letting any aspect overrule the other, but allowing ourselves to FEEL fully, not shut out emotions, because as you say, they express our humanness! But are emotions just a mental construct? I think they arise from another aspect of our being.

  • I assume that the emotions you seek to control are not those that unify us such as love, which come from our Source. The emotions that people wish to distance themselves from, such as rage, stems from the mind's belief in the illusion of separation.

  • Perhaps the meaning of Control was misunderstood, I mean the ability to CHOSE the degree and effect of our emotions, not shut any out. This means we can amplify the emotions that connect us to source while gently integrating the others. To embrace our uniqueness on all levels, we need to accept our thoughts, emotions and physical reactions as a seamless tapestry that we create. I don't think ay emotions should be discounted, they are all valid, even the 'bad' ones. We just need to remember.

  • Not all emotions are our creation. Some are the result of the unconscious actions of others, some are 'vibes ' we pick up from the collective human experience. Training emotions can be a long and arduous process. Meditation teaches us how to observe and release emotions or thoughts that do not serve our highest good. And it shows us that we can be the witness, and do not have to respond to our emotions like trained animals.

  • Jails are full of people who think all emotions are valid. And I know this is not what you meant. What I am driving at is: singling out a particular aspect of our being as the key can make us forget that we are the key. In this lies self mastery.

  • Sorry if my last message sounded a bit harsh. I'm talking to several people at once...I want to say that you are a wonderful Goddess, and it is an absolute pleasure chatting with you.

  • Attempting to allow ourselves to feel fully, while at the same time seeking to control our emotions, creates inner conflict, so the key is to remember that you are the One Unified Eternal Life Force, and therefore, forever balanced, regardless of what your mind thinks.

  • It certainly makes sense to advise people to not discount any aspect of their makeup as mere annoyances. However, to claim that our emotions dictate our physical, and mental states, when in fact it has been well documented that our mental state dictates our emotional and physical state, does not make sense....;)

  • an emotional nothing.

  • ah, but emotions are the key...they underlay everything.

  • Comment removed

  • h... but you can't take out the emotions, even denying them is an emotional reaction. once we realize the POWER of emotions we will understand the need to control them....ignoring them misses a big part of the pictures.

  • Sure you can. Scientists do it all the time.

  • Perhaps in theory, but quantum shows the impact of the observer upon the observed...we all want certain outcomes. Seems science just picks and chooses emotions, opting out of the important ones (compassion, humility, etc.) ...and the result is this technocratic nightare we're going to have to rise above...which is gonna take a lot of heart.

  • I thought Spirit underlies everything...And emotions are dependent on how the mind perceives events.. But what do I know?

  • Our Spirit creates our emotions to expresses things the mind cannot.

To understand the relationship between our heart and our mind is the key, not to dismiss one over the other.

  • thank you for this

    AND for the subtitles :)

today I´ve felt dizzy as hell... but for the very first time ever it was like... a pleasant feeling (and no, I haven´t been drinking :))

    meet you there

    love

  • AWEEESOMME video :)

  • Thank you for a succinct account of remembering who we are!

  • Thanks for sending your love, Yolanda, and here it comes right back at you!

  • LelaBear,

This video reminded me to let go. Sometimes you keep those memories, experiences, feelings inside even tho they no longer serve your highest good. Bless you! Renee

  • I'm delighted it reminded you...it reminds me too! I feel my shoulders relax every time I see those words..."Now let go of every thing else" ...and there is that moment of thoughtless bliss. I think the more we can relax and dismiss the fear matrix, the more wonderful things will bloom in our lives.

  • great video Lelabear's

    8) i need this shift asap

  • I love your videos Lela. Keep them coming - God speaks through your work. One Love :)

  • nice job. although i would disagree that its "that easy". if it was easy there would be no struggle involved. sometimes its very hard to let go.

  • Thanks for the comment. But consider how silly it is to 'struggle' to be you. It's the one thing that is really easy to do! Giving yourself permission is the challenge...letting go is effortless by it's very nature.

    Happy Shifting~

    LelaBear

  • yes, i know. its certainly a worthwhile thing to do. but its not easy. people don't like to give themselves permission for things. it should be easy. and in the end, it actually is. its the realization that's difficult to reach i think.

  • Yea, and practice makes perfect!

  • lol. "touche" my friend. :)

i cannot find a reasonable rebuttal for your last statement. so i need to concede the statement is both correct and valid. well done. :)

i do enjoy bowing a knee to Wisdom. makes me feel like i learned something new. thank you for it. peace.

  • It's all good, dear one, and all you have to do is keep remembering to be you! Not who you THINK you are, but who you KNOW you are!

  • highly skilled mind .This entire piece is ART.Thank you for focusing and magnifing your inner light ,I bathed in its brilliants.

  • Thank you very much, glad you enjoyed it!

    Hugs-

  • The end of time is a process.

Each moment, once totally inhabited, ends that moment. As we invest ourselves completely in being what and how we are, we come to the realization that the performance IS the show.

Actors on the stage of life, we are a character study of the utmost importance. The change that will occur is the one that we enact. The adjustment of self to reality is the ultimate transformation. That transformation precludes the need and the presence of time.

    Isn't it about time?
