plus another thing. i didnt have treats so i couldnt give him some when he was in my hands but he still likes to be in my hands. i get him in his ball to get him in my hands. and then wen i put him back in the cage and set the ball in front of the cage... he tries to run to the ball so he must like it :)

i have a robo. i got it today! people say theyre the hardest to tame... i dont think they are. mine already lets me handle him and pet him and doesnt mind to much. any tips to get it so i can like have it in my lap and watch tv...??? that would be good 0-o

@staaged Hi, that's quite strange, although I could hold Biscuit on the second day I got her, she refuses to let me touch her in her cage. But generally they are the hardest too tame, as other species are a lot slower, unlike Roborovskis. Sadly, he will never sit on your lap and watch TV with you, but you can hold him, just continue what you're doing at the moment, if you'd like a lap pet that'll sit down with you, re search guinea pigs! They're fantastic, I have two females!

@CamCool10 yeah i could hold him in my hand and do it ive gotten him a few times to were he sits still and just lays there in my hand. im not looking for guinea pigs theyre too big i prefer hamster (atm) but i might be able to get him to. because he is a really calm robo. he doesnt run around too much the only running he does is on his wheel or ball and when someone frightens him but yeah hes pretty calm. its day 3 got some time to work with him soo im gunna practice bye

@xDishWasher Well in the 1st day I could handle her (I know your meant to leave them alone for a couple days to a week) and for her to be that good, it took her the whole time I'd had her. Which was about 2 months. Just handle them a lot and encourage them with treats, make the hand a good thing. She's now about 6 months old:-)
I also have 2 other very tame female robo's!

@chillychino1 magic, well just handling her a lot. She's a bitch sometimes, yesterday she was sitting on my lap then when my dad walked into the room she ran under my sofa. But just get them out a lot and touch them, theyget used to it.
