I think Obama has demonstrated that his policies match those of GWB. We do still have over 50,000 armed people stationed in Iraq, most of them are just contractors. We did double ground troops in Afghanistan. We did invade Libya. Gitmo is still operating and still torturing people. The patriot act has been extended. The NDAA was signed and allows for indefinite detention. The Obama administration has assassinated 3 US citizens. If Bush was still in charge we would be protesting!
Any other part of the constitution you wish to simple ignore?
What the supremacy clause actually says is that: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made IN PURSUANCE THEREOF; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land"
In other words, any law passed by the US must FIRST jive with the constitution in order to be the supreme law of the land.
@MrPloppy1 Of course there is the 10th Amendment. However, listen to what I said in the video. "At any given time, the government can overrule any state law". Under the Articles of Confederation our Founding Fathers realized that each state was forming into their own independent nation. Over time, America would be like Europe with different states waging war on each other. Article 6, Section 2, insures national unity. The Supreme Court has made this principle true. (out of space) Reply for more.

@Wonglow i see that you hate this country, love big business, can't recognize the real problem before us and that you have a vulgar mouth. You can't see that Corporate America won't be happy until you are working a peasants wage, parts of your family dies from lack of health care, the other half dies from the water they drink and the air they breath. You will attend your children's funerals and still praise big business. Your vulgar mouth has banned you from posting here anymore.
@Wonglow CAN YOU TELL ME WHY CHINA SELLS WEAPONS TO LIBYA? DID CHINA FORGET THAT USA OPENED EYES TO CHINA, REMEMBER UR MOTHER WAS TAKING A COMMUNIST BUS?
@ToxinalX Your English is fine. Better then most. Everything RP does is to benefit Corporate Fascists. Corporatism in America requires limited federal government in order for Fascism to take hold. RP is against Unions. Fascism must defeat unions. RP is against Fed involvement in education. Religious Corp. Fascists require the Feds to get out of the way in order to achieve their goals. Fascism requires limiting government as much as possible. The 10th is a means to that goal.
@ToxinalX Fascism has many different personality's and cannot be pigeon holed as easily as Capitalism or socialism. If you are familiar with the subject, you may have encountered the 14 signs of Fascism. Spooky how it resembles us. RP believes in deregulation of all aspects of business. Doesn't believe govt. should medal in business. RP facilitated the rise of Fascism by voting 100% to deregulate Wall Street. His anti-government policy helped helped fascism rise in America.
@rufusmucus Agreed Faschism is an ism in itself, not capitalism, corporativism or socialism.
"you may have encountered the 14 signs of Fascism. . . . RP believes in deregulation of all aspects of business. . . RP facilitated the rise of Fascism by voting 100% to deregulate Wall Street."
Most of those signs (I've not read all) stand in total contradiction to Ron Paul's (and my own) beliefs.
"His anti-government policy helped helped fascism rise in America."
@ToxinalX Since we are on the subject of Fascism, how about his total protection of Corporate interests? That's a big contributor allowing Fascism to flourish. During the Bush years he voted for every single deregulation bill Bush and the Republicans proposed. His idea that govt. should not regulate business opened the floodgates and brought on the financial crisis of 2008. RP is as responsible as anyone for letting the crisis happen. Removing constraints is a Fascist goal. RP did just that.
@rufusmucus Ron Paul (a libertarian/classical liberal) does not want to use goverment to protect ANY "interests" other than the *liberty* and *freedom* of ALL individuals.
How in the world is that allowing Fascism to flourish ??
"Removing constraints is a Fascist goal"
-No it's not. Fascism is a nationailistic ideology, promoting a belief in PERFECT CONTROLL. Fascism is AUTHORITARIANISM.
In fact Ron Paul were among the VERY FEW that actually warned of a crisis ! (check my channel for clip)
@ToxinalX Talking to RP supporters is so difficult. They are so puritanical. Miss the nuance of everything. Corporatism/Fascism prefers no interference from government placing constraints on doing business, paying workers, creating unsafe work conditions, discrimination, minimum wage. All in the pursuit of profit. Fascist China is a good example. There has never been a deregulation bill RP didn't vote for. Because he did the bidding of corporatism, he facilitated Fascism.
@rufusmucus "Talking to RP supporters is so difficult." - Thank you. "They are so puritanical." - And you're not ?
"Corporatism/Fascism prefers no interference..." - Corporatism survives ONLY through goverment interference in the free market. But yes, the big corporations supporting it / supported by it, doesn't want ORDINARY PEOPLE to be able to interfere in that situtation.
@rufusmucus "placing constraints on doing business, paying workers, creating unsafe work conditions, discrimination, minimum wage. All in the pursuit of profit." - Yes, that sounds like corporatvisim to me. Although it is not ONLY argued for by those who want to make money.
"Fascist China is a good example." - Indeed it is. A "socialistic" experiment society trying to move towards highly regulated capitalism, in the pursuit of profit and/or better work conditions and a higher living standard.
@rufusmucus What you think is "Hey if there where NO LIMITS to what corporations could do, they would do EVERYTHING WRONG !"
But your'e forgetting the single most important thing here. You see free markets only as unconstrained buisness in the hunt for profits. But free markets is also unconstrained competition !
What do you think was the missing component in china before they began moving towards westernized corporativism ? - NATURAL Competition and the freedom to choose; Capitalism.
@ToxinalX Monopoly eliminates competition. Large corporations engaged in price fixing eliminates competition. Without competition, capitalism is dead. Just drive down your street and look at the prices offered on goods and services in your city. Everything is priced within a penny of the next guy. There is no competition. Your argument about competition has no bearing.
@rufusmucus Ah at last we're getting somewhere ! Now, there are SEVERAL reasons for why prices are HIGH, as well as for why prices are pretty much FIXED in certain areas of the economy.
Ofc they all end up in the competition basket.
1 Too litle allowance for competition among currencys is one. This is what has allowed for inflation defaults through our history.
2 To narrow regulation is another, anti-"discrimination" laws, minimum wage, *antimonopoly* laws, subsidies, goverment financing
If you would trust your goverment - a group of *individuals* that you probably don't know verry well - to run your *own personal economy*, to rule *you* as your nanny and and at the same time be your judge whenever you choose to *question* your nanny, then by all means - Goverment ought to do a lot more. For you that is.
@ToxinalX I think you are getting a little carried away here. The US government isn't anything like that. Don't be so afraid. When city or state government tramples all over you, you always turn to the Feds for justice. There is no one in government trying to dominate you. Don't be afraid of your own shadow. Don't let people who are scarred to death of every little thing in their life scare you to be like them. Show some courage. I became a fan of your You Tube page.
@rufusmucus "Don't be afraid of your own shadow." So, I'm not afraid in that manner, but the goverment is by no means my own shadow. Neither is it my "family" or "friend". Goverments are institutions directed by citizens, but they can also be used / use other citizens to trample on a rights / freedoms of a miniority.
Nazism, faschism or communism are not the only ways to limit once freedom. They are just marginally different extremes of authoritarianism. - And all humans love authority.
@rufusmucus Thanks for becoming a fan, I did the same ! :) I must ad however that my videos are probably not the best reflection of myself, since I'm both new to making videos and also have a lot of other interests besides politics. (Which you probably do as well)
RP may have warned of a financial crisis but then he facilitated the crises by doing the bidding of Corporations. It's typical of him how he says one thing but does quite another. Capitalism, evolving to Fascist control is Authoritarianism. Haven't you been listening? Uncontrolled Capitalism naturally evolves to authoritarian Fascism. Fascism is an economic and political system just as Socialism or Capitalism is. When business influences govt. to the detriment of the people, Fascism rules.
@ToxinalX I agree with much you said but you are going in circles. Free markets disappear when corps. get to big to fail. Monopoly eliminates free markets when competition vanishes. Fascism is not failed Socialism. The two are opposite to one another. Fascism is the end product of Capitalism out of control. Left alone, Capitalism evolves to monopoly, eliminates competition, drives down wages, eliminates worker rights, and controls government. Socialism counters Capitalist Fascism.

@democratsaresmart And I suppose you believe that all Talibans are (totally) alike and that all the people, in countrie which names you cannot spell, are talibans in desperate need of drones and torture?
Go read A book. ANY book.
Then, when your'e somewhat smarter, read any book about free market capitalism, and THEN read dr Pauls book.
You want to take the government the opposite direction and into a global government by advocating international treaties take precedent over all laws. By your own definition, you are not patriotic because you advocate big government.
@hodoprime I don't advocate big government. I support our founding fathers and the Constitution as it is written. Article 6, section 2, declares treaties entered into by the United States is the law of the land. Period!!!! Have a problem with the Constitution? Want to tear everything down? Have some Confederate traitor in you? Disobeying our laws disqualifies you from any patriotic claims in the future.
@rufusmucus Centralized planning is the worst way to distribute resources and Federal laws deciding social issues such as gay marriage or abortion creates more division, not a stronger union.
@hodoprime I respect your opinion but sometimes I wonder where people get their ideas on what this country was founded upon and why do people have such disdain for the American system? You call it "centralized planning". Our founding fathers called it UNION. Lincoln fought a war to save the UNION. Civil Rights are uniform across the UNION. Article 6, Section 2, the Supremacy Clause, is original founding father thinking. Do you hate the American dream that much?
@rufusmucus Yes, rights that are specifically indicated in the constitution(speech, right to bear arms, religion, etc) should be uniform. No problem with that. Think you've got Ron Paul mixed up with Rick Perry. I don't believe I've ever heard "secession" come out of his mouth although I know Rick Perry is full of s***. I know you're passionate about this issue but throw the civil war, confederacy, american dream, patriotic terms out the window. It doesn't prove any argument.
@hodoprime When Libertarians talk 10th Amendment, they speak secession by default. Ron Paul is an Anarchist when he takes his states rights views too far. One cannot allow states to violate Federal Law, to determine whether they will support treaty's or not. States must adhere to central authority. They cannot go off on their own path. United we stand, divided we fall. I cannot support a Libertarian determined to destroy my country. That is what it is all about, right? Destroy America.
@rufusmucus No, he's a minarchist. Have you heard him talking about securing our borders, national defense, rule of law, personal property rights? There are anarchist libertarians but they don't vote.
@hodoprime Yea, I have studied the guy. My problem with RP is that he has more in common with the Confederate States of America then has has with the United States of America. His kind nearly destroyed America long ago. Now, that Southern mentality has risen again. Different reasons but the goal is the same. The USA cannot survive with Libertarians like RP in charge and if they get their way. 50 independent nations will not continue the American dream.
@rufusmucus Have you studied why psychopaths are attracted to positions of power? Why does the world produce people like Hitler, Mao, Gadhafi, Mubarik, Stalin, Lenin, Bush, Hussein, Netanyahu and others? What do you mean by the 'southern mentality?' Ron Paul is a classic liberal. What philosophy of how people should treat each other and live with each other do you live by? If you don't have a philosophy, you have no place to criticize people who have taken the time to study one.
@residentzombie Sure, I have a philosophy. It comes from living in this country for 65 years. It stems from a silver star, bronze star and a purple heart. It comes from paying taxes all my life. My views flow from over 30 years of teaching American History, Civics, Government, The Constitution, the Constitutional Convention and the American civil War. The "Southern Mentality" almost destroyed America. It lives today. I am opposed to it. RP is an anarchist and enemy of the state.
@rufusmucus I'm glad that you think that killing your brothers and sisters in other countries for Israel to further it's agenda of eradicating those it doesn't like for world domination makes you happy. Guess what? After you and your other brainwashed Storm Troopers get done killing those Muslims, who is next on the agenda? Christians you moron. I'm guessing you have never EVER looked into the Israel-Palestine conflict. Look into the 5 dancing Mossad agents caught filming the 9/11 attack.
@residentzombie What on earth are you talking about? Where did storm troopers, Muslims, mossad, israel, brainwashing all get into my video? Are we talking about the same thing here? Christ!!! You're a regular nut case.
You're banned from any further comment. There is something loose between your ears.
@residentzombie Not all people who would vote for a guy like Ron are actually into this whole *NWO is a global elite network full of jews and storm troopers, cleansing the world of good for the masons in the bilderberg group*-conspiracy deal.
I hope people don't really think so, wether they agree with classical liberalism, libertarianism, objectivism, anarchism or minarchism or not.
Corruption is REAL and DANGEROUS for sure. That doesn't mean I put my head in a mw-oven to kill the GPS-tracker.
@rufusmucus Give me reason why Ron Paul would destroy the federal government without bringing up the civil war. I hope this never happens but at our present course, it is highly likely that the US will destroy itself and will be split up into groups of states or we will join with another group of countries such as the EU or Canada/Mexico because of financial reasons. Ron Paul would save the union.
@hodoprime If RP is anything at all, he is a states rights, 10th Amendment advocate to the extreme. In excess, his philosophy would create 50 independent nations, all free to make whatever laws they please. Define civil liberty's any way they want. Make or break treaty's with anyone. Defend or not defend the 50 states. Abandon science in schools if the state chooses. States rights, 10th Amendment lunacy by RP will destroy this nation long before your other concerns. Confederate mentality!!!!
@rufusmucus I think it's safe to say that your opinion on Ron Paul's policy on state rights is overblown. He's been extremely clear on his role of the federal government and he hasn't stated that he wants it completely removed. I think you should give him the benefit of the doubt rather than placing words into his mouth. Besides, he's the most honest, least corrupt politician that's running for president.
The problem with this country is not the freedom we have, as this video suggests. It is the people we elect to protect these freedoms. The first step in picking a candidate in 2012 should be as simple as referencing past campaign contributions. Note the major contributors to the Bush campaign, then do the same with Obama(they both won with the same war pig/banker funding). Example: Goldman sachs Obama08 = $1mill+ Bush04= $400,000. Now did you really expect change?
@htodd74 Thanx for your thoughts. I have always said the first think Obama needed to do was campaign finance reform. Before health Care Reform, before anything else. Both party's are bought. Unfortunately, so is Ron Paul. I know the stories Libertarians tell about Paul but they are not true. RP gets large contributions from Financial Institutions and the Health/Insurance/Medical communities. It's easy to look up.
@rufusmucus Financial Institutions and the Health/Insurance/Medical?? Care to be more specific? The top 6 from the Pauls 2008 campaign were(in this order) Army, Navy, Airforce, Google, Microsoft, and the Postal Service Totaling about 300k -- TOTAL! Out of what was it? Almost 30 million raised? Sounds to me like the American people, including a huge boost of confidence from our military, have more invested in Ron Paul than any candidate in history.
If you believe that anyone who breaks their oath to the Constitution should be ejected then our entire government should be impeached. Including the President.
@jaker277 I like your vids. Cute child. I was speaking to actual US law such as Treaties, Due Process, Equal Protection. However, that was only part of the Video. By the way, name one US law Obama has broken. The subject of the video is the danger in modern day thinking about the 10th Amendment and how some people would use the 10th to destroy our nation. That is the subject matter.
@rufusmucus No treaty, law, or agreement no matter what is states, supercedes the US Constitution. Obama is waging an undeclared war in violation of the Constitution outside of the authority of Congress. This alone is an impeachable act. Anyone who signed the Patriot Act is in violation of their oath.
@jaker277 Obama did not sign the Patriot Act. He inherited it. He inherited two wars and as promised, he is winding those down. There is still congressional funding for Iraq and Afghan. Operations are authorized. No laws broken. Libya is a non combat operation. No laws broken. What law has Obama broken? Name one. Treaty's become US Law once ratified and signed into law. You are such a legal genius. Tell me where I am wrong. Be legal, not emotional.
@rufusmucus Obama signed the extension of the Patriot Act. Sending missiles into a nation is an act of war no matter how the teleprompter in chief attempts to define it. He is not ending any war, the troop reductions he is making right now are reductions from the surge. We are at war in Iraq, Yemen, Lybia, Somalia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and prob somewhere else we don't know. He said he would not take our guns. He recently banned 1 million US made M1s from reimportation, broken promise.
The people have the ultimate say. They are the ones who will eventually be shedding blood to claim their rights against a tyrannical state.

@rufusmucus Youv'e totally missunderstood both Ron Paul and the constitution really... He has never suggested that states can ignore federal laws.
The constitution merely lists the things that the Federal goverment CAN do.
It then says that ALL that IT has not yet allowed the Federal goverment to do, is RESERVED to the states to decide about.

If by that you mean corporations OR rich people then, no it is not the ONLY thing he does. But yes in the long run they profit from it as well.
If by that you mean most LARGE corporations, who in todays America has a chance of creating a monopoly, then no.

When business influences govt. to the detriment of the people, Fascism rules.
rufusmucus 5 months ago
@rufusmucus Fascism is not bound to goverment by any means, but goverment can become a tool of fascism.
Fascism is the rise of authoritarian ideas, such as that we should force some people to live on the behalf of others.
Corporativism is sort of a authoritarian, collectivist ""capitalism"", capitalism gone bad, or a failed form of socialism if you will.
Corporativism easily ties in with fascism, as it is authoritarian for a greater purpose. Ron Paul embraces free markets, not corporativism.
ToxinalX 5 months ago
@ToxinalX I agree with much you said but you are going in circles. Free markets disappear when corps. get to big to fail. Monopoly eliminates free markets when competition vanishes. Fascism is not failed Socialism. The two are opposite to one another. Fascism is the end product of Capitalism out of control. Left alone, Capitalism evolves to monopoly, eliminates competition, drives down wages, eliminates worker rights, and controls government. Socialism counters Capitalist Fascism.
rufusmucus 5 months ago
@rufusmucus "Free markets disappear when corps. get to big to fail."
In a free market, NO company is too big to fail. Since there is allways competition and no goverment to save them.
"Monopoly eliminates free markets when competition vanishes."
Monopolies introduced by goverment do (because of unconditional funding), but others can still fail.
"Fascism is not failed Socialism." Never said that. "Fascism . . . Capitalism out of control." Not any more than it is "socialism out of controll".

By your own definition, you are not patriotic because you advocate big government.
hodoprime 6 months ago
@hodoprime I don't advocate big government. I support our founding fathers and the Constitution as it is written. Article 6, section 2, declares treaties entered into by the United States is the law of the land. Period!!!! Have a problem with the Constitution? Want to tear everything down? Have some Confederate traitor in you? Disobeying our laws disqualifies you from any patriotic claims in the future.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus Centralized planning is the worst way to distribute resources and Federal laws deciding social issues such as gay marriage or abortion creates more division, not a stronger union.
hodoprime 6 months ago
@hodoprime I respect your opinion but sometimes I wonder where people get their ideas on what this country was founded upon and why do people have such disdain for the American system? You call it "centralized planning". Our founding fathers called it UNION. Lincoln fought a war to save the UNION. Civil Rights are uniform across the UNION. Article 6, Section 2, the Supremacy Clause, is original founding father thinking. Do you hate the American dream that much?
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus Yes, rights that are specifically indicated in the constitution(speech, right to bear arms, religion, etc) should be uniform. No problem with that. Think you've got Ron Paul mixed up with Rick Perry. I don't believe I've ever heard "secession" come out of his mouth although I know Rick Perry is full of s***. I know you're passionate about this issue but throw the civil war, confederacy, american dream, patriotic terms out the window. It doesn't prove any argument.
hodoprime 6 months ago
@hodoprime When Libertarians talk 10th Amendment, they speak secession by default. Ron Paul is an Anarchist when he takes his states rights views too far. One cannot allow states to violate Federal Law, to determine whether they will support treaty's or not. States must adhere to central authority. They cannot go off on their own path. United we stand, divided we fall. I cannot support a Libertarian determined to destroy my country. That is what it is all about, right? Destroy America.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus No, he's a minarchist. Have you heard him talking about securing our borders, national defense, rule of law, personal property rights? There are anarchist libertarians but they don't vote.
hodoprime 6 months ago
@hodoprime Yea, I have studied the guy. My problem with RP is that he has more in common with the Confederate States of America then has has with the United States of America. His kind nearly destroyed America long ago. Now, that Southern mentality has risen again. Different reasons but the goal is the same. The USA cannot survive with Libertarians like RP in charge and if they get their way. 50 independent nations will not continue the American dream.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus Have you studied why psychopaths are attracted to positions of power? Why does the world produce people like Hitler, Mao, Gadhafi, Mubarik, Stalin, Lenin, Bush, Hussein, Netanyahu and others? What do you mean by the 'southern mentality?' Ron Paul is a classic liberal. What philosophy of how people should treat each other and live with each other do you live by? If you don't have a philosophy, you have no place to criticize people who have taken the time to study one.
residentzombie 6 months ago
@residentzombie Sure, I have a philosophy. It comes from living in this country for 65 years. It stems from a silver star, bronze star and a purple heart. It comes from paying taxes all my life. My views flow from over 30 years of teaching American History, Civics, Government, The Constitution, the Constitutional Convention and the American civil War. The "Southern Mentality" almost destroyed America. It lives today. I am opposed to it. RP is an anarchist and enemy of the state.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus I'm glad that you think that killing your brothers and sisters in other countries for Israel to further it's agenda of eradicating those it doesn't like for world domination makes you happy. Guess what? After you and your other brainwashed Storm Troopers get done killing those Muslims, who is next on the agenda? Christians you moron. I'm guessing you have never EVER looked into the Israel-Palestine conflict. Look into the 5 dancing Mossad agents caught filming the 9/11 attack.
residentzombie 6 months ago
@residentzombie What on earth are you talking about? Where did storm troopers, Muslims, mossad, israel, brainwashing all get into my video? Are we talking about the same thing here? Christ!!! You're a regular nut case.
You're banned from any further comment. There is something loose between your ears.
rufusmucus 6 months ago

Ron Paul would save the union.
hodoprime 6 months ago
@hodoprime If RP is anything at all, he is a states rights, 10th Amendment advocate to the extreme. In excess, his philosophy would create 50 independent nations, all free to make whatever laws they please. Define civil liberty's any way they want. Make or break treaty's with anyone. Defend or not defend the 50 states. Abandon science in schools if the state chooses. States rights, 10th Amendment lunacy by RP will destroy this nation long before your other concerns. Confederate mentality!!!!
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus I think it's safe to say that your opinion on Ron Paul's policy on state rights is overblown. He's been extremely clear on his role of the federal government and he hasn't stated that he wants it completely removed. I think you should give him the benefit of the doubt rather than placing words into his mouth. Besides, he's the most honest, least corrupt politician that's running for president.
hodoprime 6 months ago
The problem with this country is not the freedom we have, as this video suggests. It is the people we elect to protect these freedoms. The first step in picking a candidate in 2012 should be as simple as referencing past campaign contributions. Note the major contributors to the Bush campaign, then do the same with Obama(they both won with the same war pig/banker funding). Example: Goldman sachs Obama08 = $1mill+ Bush04= $400,000. Now did you really expect change?
htodd74 6 months ago
@htodd74 Thanx for your thoughts. I have always said the first think Obama needed to do was campaign finance reform. Before health Care Reform, before anything else. Both party's are bought. Unfortunately, so is Ron Paul. I know the stories Libertarians tell about Paul but they are not true. RP gets large contributions from Financial Institutions and the Health/Insurance/Medical communities. It's easy to look up.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus Financial Institutions and the Health/Insurance/Medical?? Care to be more specific? The top 6 from the Pauls 2008 campaign were(in this order) Army, Navy, Airforce, Google, Microsoft, and the Postal Service Totaling about 300k -- TOTAL! Out of what was it? Almost 30 million raised? Sounds to me like the American people, including a huge boost of confidence from our military, have more invested in Ron Paul than any candidate in history.
htodd74 6 months ago
If you believe that anyone who breaks their oath to the Constitution should be ejected then our entire government should be impeached. Including the President.
jaker277 6 months ago
@jaker277 I like your vids. Cute child. I was speaking to actual US law such as Treaties, Due Process, Equal Protection. However, that was only part of the Video. By the way, name one US law Obama has broken. The subject of the video is the danger in modern day thinking about the 10th Amendment and how some people would use the 10th to destroy our nation. That is the subject matter.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus No treaty, law, or agreement no matter what is states, supercedes the US Constitution. Obama is waging an undeclared war in violation of the Constitution outside of the authority of Congress. This alone is an impeachable act. Anyone who signed the Patriot Act is in violation of their oath.
jaker277 6 months ago
@jaker277 Obama did not sign the Patriot Act. He inherited it. He inherited two wars and as promised, he is winding those down. There is still congressional funding for Iraq and Afghan. Operations are authorized. No laws broken. Libya is a non combat operation. No laws broken. What law has Obama broken? Name one. Treaty's become US Law once ratified and signed into law. You are such a legal genius. Tell me where I am wrong. Be legal, not emotional.
rufusmucus 6 months ago
@rufusmucus Obama signed the extension of the Patriot Act. Sending missiles into a nation is an act of war no matter how the teleprompter in chief attempts to define it. He is not ending any war, the troop reductions he is making right now are reductions from the surge. We are at war in Iraq, Yemen, Lybia, Somalia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and prob somewhere else we don't know. He said he would not take our guns. He recently banned 1 million US made M1s from reimportation, broken promise.
