just from watching the first 58 seconds i deduced that this man is at least somewhat educated, and can pronounce something i myself cannot repeat. all those who are making obnoxious comments on his race and/or the subject should be rounded up, put up to a firing squad, and shot until dead. there is no need for racism. his skin is simply a different color than yours. now get your heads out of your rears and open your eyes to what the man is saying, ok?

The Chicago Police are dirty. I don't if you have ever lived in Chicago, but if you did or do then you know that they have a terrible reputation for brutality, drug deals, rapes, murder, etc. They are just nasty.

For the slower than normal-I believe he is referring to corruption of the police and sexual crimes using a controlled substance. All the hyenas will wake up when it is upon them.
You are probably the same ones laughing at sex crimes against children-(juvenile ignorance). This kind of corruption runs deep and many will fall victim to it. Wake up, don't be so stupid as to be used against yourself or your neighbor. Black market sexcrimes are real.
