Upon acceptance of winning it, Obama was praised by the committee, "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy". . I thought the same thing, too. It would have been more honorable to do so. Our men/women sent may have to get quickly trained to fight w/machetes to everything unimaginable. Most people have no idea unless they have a family member/close friend on the inside. At least give the Nobel Peace Prize to someone who is worthy of it or delay the award to Pres. Obama if he establishes peace later down the road. This way you uphold the respect of the people of our nation and the world.
