Actually Canadians and English people don;t come here in large numbers. A small number or rich Canadians and UK citizens come for special operations every year, but a larger number o middle class Americans are forced to go to Thailand and India to get operations (even those WITH insurance) because costs here are too high. Prices are outrageous in the US system. The Democrats are trying to do something about it at least. The GOP just says "no." They had 8 years and did nada on this.

Sure they may have to wait 3 weeks to get an MRI as opposed to in America, but remember they don;t pay anything for that MRI. We have to pay over a thousand bucks. Canadians get world class care and will never have to wait to see a doctor if they have pressing immidiate health concerns. Even cancer. Here is the U.S., chances are you will get dropped by your insurance co if u get it. Nice system.

OK, so I'll agree with you, it pains me to no end.
People get more benefits than ever, and who exactly will keep on paying that.
FOX says the dollar lost 40% of it's value too.
FOX also says that inflation is a tax on the poor and middle class.
FOX says the government is to big, is that possible?
Seriously is it possible for the government to get to big, and if so what would you describe that looking like?
