Engine size hardly matters if the original drive train is in place, a differently ratioed gearbox/diff on even the smallest original engine, the 1.8 petrol Standard petrol, could achieve undrivable speeds. If the diff on this one was originally built a petrol or p&p engine it'll fry fast, the diffs on were their weak spot and many of them went in later life. A TEF diff might hold out.
A 35X with Multipower can do 25/26mph, I doubt this one could better that.
My massy ferguson 35x would do faster than that without the engine modified. It looks like shit! Go and upgrade a Ford 4000 which needs all da speed it can get!!!
