I recently bought the ultimate edition with both versions. I would have to agree on a response above about the movie not having the same "Feel" without Tangerine Dreams music. It seemed a bit fluffier and less dark. I prefer the darker!

@jabames I read that, too. I was playing around on the piano, and I think the first three notes of this song, "Unicorn Theme", from the movie are the same as the main lullaby that has been in all the Zelda games.

If you use Firefox, you can download their "Video2mp3" add-on--- it's just how it sounds. It takes a video from youtube (and other sites which I can't think of at the moment) and provides a link so you can download only the audio-- instant song :) That's what I use and I'd be lost without it, lol.

The movie is GREAT.

And Tanagerine dream did a fantastic job.

But I have to say that Goldsmith composed a wonderful soundtrack for the european version too!

@rikhorror Indeed. Goldsmith's version of the soundtrack actually reminds me somewhat of his work on "Star Trek: The Motion Picture," in that they both have a very dreamy sound.
