personally I hate Winry, but her VA is an amazing singer (this is the Winry ending right? lol) I only hate Winry because of how annoyingly whiny she is. That and she does nothing but hurt Ed. "She can't show her true feelings for him!" Yea, I think Ed's been hurt enough. Maybe ONE person other than Al should be supportive and loving to him. I think he feels bad enough about what happened without a woman tearing him down all the time.

WInry was always one of those people really close to Edward's heart who supported him the whole time. o.O Were we watching two different series...? When Ed lost his limbs, she worked harder than ever to build him new ones so he could walk again. She waited for him and Al the whole time, which can't have been easy considering her circumstances. No matter what, she was the first to support the brothers. Sure, she has a spitfire personality...

She did the only thing she really could do for him, which was build his automail limbs and wait for him to come home, even though she must have wished to go with him. Winry never tore Edward down.

Who hates Winry? o.0 Come on, give her a chance...this is FMA we're talking about here...she's been through enough in her life to justify her tears. Throughout her life she struggled with her parents' death in the war, especially after she found out that it was Mustang/Scar who killed them. The two people she cared about most got themselves literally torn to pieces, and then left her. Throughout the series (anime) Winry repeatedly gets the shaft from Ed, ignored and left behind.
@AnbuNinjaXIII Winry was emotionally scarred by the fact that the two brothers shut her out completely for most of her life, but she still came through it and smiled a whole lot more than she cried. Even after Ed left for the alternate universe (and later Al too) she still met her heartbreaks with strength rather than weakness, Who can say that Winry's a bad character? Of course she's flawed, but so are all humans. She's a great character, Winry forever :P

Just started watching the series again. I was 14 when this first came out and now I'm 20 this year and listening to this soundtrack as I study for my finals this week. Love it!
