Hey Bob, how about telling the investor the proper way to write up the listing with the realtor, who's name goes where and why. I was told to use my name with the homeowners, or use "owner of record", or not to put the investors name anywhere on the listing agreement. How can an investor buy the property from the bank with his/her name on the listing agreement? How can the investor sell the house without his/her name on a listing agreement? VERY CONFUSED HERE. Thanks for any help.
