even with the cheat book, i had trouble beating this game. That's what made it fun, how hard it was.

you can beat this game very easily...but, I never got to the place where you had to play a tune or something...I just couldn't hear the subtleties I guess. -_- ah, the first game I ever played and finished. even read the books. xD but that was about....12 years ago.

@SirSanje I tried reading them, and just couldn't get into the story. They weren't very well written in my opinion. But I like the simple works, like Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Adams and Player Piano by Vonnegut. Those writers know how to keep it fun and include you.

@LadyAneh I had the same problem. There were two places where I had to cheat and look at the guide. The piano and the caves. I was about 15, so I'll cut myself some slack. Amazing how this simple game was big enough to crash my PowerMac! So we doubled our RAM to 16 mbs!!! LoL

thats when you play around with the furnace and you find out that the tree as an evelator in it, lol, WTF, A NEW BOOK, NOOO WAYYYYYYYYYYYY

Great song! But i prefer the Sirius mix. By the way has anybody noticed some tape like sounds? Like it's reversed?
