I would say not to worry about playing it quickly for now. Personally, when I'm learning a new song, I play it as slowly as possible over and over again until the movement in my hands become smooth and automatic. Practice the parts that give you trouble repeatedly. Just take it slow until it becomes second nature to you. Then you will be able to slowly speed it up more and more.
Just take it really slow until you're comfortable with the proper speed. Pay attention to how Yiruma expresses this song when he plays it. I've seen so many versions here on YouTube of people playing it either way too fast or without any expression. You gotta pay attention to the small details.
