Ok to answer all those Turkish or German talk. He was raised in Germany. He plays for the German national team. But if you take his roots and nationality , he is Turkish. Which is obvious from his name. He has adapted to the culture of both countries. But I think he is special because of this mixture. I mean , take the German players techniques and discipline , and mix it with the Turkish physical prowess, and there you have one of the best players of the world.

Ich bin froh das er in Deutschland spielt, er ist ein Spitzenspieler und ich schaue der Nationalelf noch lieber zu wie vorher wenn er spielt.
