  • It's in virtually all processed foods, yes. Basically, you should just stick to what's on the periphery of the supermarket--fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, dairy, lean meats and fish. Most of what's in the middle of the store is shit, even the "healthy" stuff like cereal. All cereal is is lower calorie junk food fortified with vitamins.

  • High fructose corn syrup is in virtually all foods. This is a major cause of obesity. Drinking juices also contributes significantly; fruit should be eaten instead. Activity is not the answer. The problem is in our food and this guy is full of shit.
