The drummer is NOT Hata!
His foot bones was broken then, so TJ had a temporary drummer that time.

The drummer IS Hata.
Hata had his WRIST broken, not foot. He was fully recovered at the time of this concert, and had shaved off all of his hair.

This is like Tomei Ningen from the last TJ album. The live version is a lot better. However, the live version of Gamble is really lacking.
