@TheCooperBeatz Keeping a/c has everything to do with what manifold you use..check out my Turbo Gsr build in the EK..I kept a/c & ps in there also.

@D16Turbo86 The manifold is from the Greddy kit..I made a pipe with a coupling to fit the turbo, then just put a filter on it.

@SuperAnimekid You go on Ebay and buy a Cast iron turbo manifold that fits your turbo. They allow you to keep your A/C and PS.

@SuperAnimekid Yep, just buy a cast iron manny that's either a t3/t4 or t3 or just t4..all depends on which turbo you have. Yep, I had the same problem, a warped block does happen when the engine over heats for an over excessive period of time,both head and block are aluminum so they push away from eachother.

You don't have block warpage on cast iron blocks :(

did i say a bad word? i dont remember what i commented especially now that my comment has been removed! my engine overheated after long drives.. total like 15 times since june. i paid 1040 on resurface of head and various components. worked perfect,,, then overheated again. new radiator in- the same day of that, the civic didnt start! now it needs more gaskets and resurface of block plus piston rings >:-[[

@gamrkidd ..Personally, I would part it all out and go B-series like I did. Stock block,throw some eagle rodsin there some Wiseco,Je..what ever pistons you want for a N/a or turbo and be done with it..Vtec Is much more enjoyable when you have it on the exhaust side :)

what i really want is an STI. but for now i have to fix my civic.. the mechanic told me $1200 to resurface block and bore out cylinders.. plus pistons rings bearings more new gaskets and a newer radiator to replace the installed radiator that has 4 miles on it!... various other repairs... too much! i may try to get just a whole new engine if i can get it cheaper from a friend.. those brands you said idk nothing about. im not that into tuning..how much would that cost me just guess??

@Shane765 Constant over heating..bubbles in the radiator..water exiting the exhaust when revving..you can smell coolant in the tailpipe..Basically the signs are the same as a blown head gasket.Do a compression test.

How big is your turbo? and i think i saw a log or cast manifold? i couldnt tell. I wanna keep AC in mine as well. And how much boost are you running now?

I'm actually gettin rid of that ebay cheap wheel. I can bend it with my hand lolJust bought a EP3 wheel off a 2002-05 si hatch really nice stitched leather, airbag and cruise control :)

Lol..was kind of a spurr of the moment thing..Actually 3days ago I snapped that knob off shifting lol, cheap dual bend aluminum alloy hollow short shifter!Ordered a B&M solid stainless Dual bend.

@Stylnjj84 haha i did the same exact thing..the guy that had my integra befor me had some cheap short throw in it and i had a really nice skunk2 weighted knob and racing a v6 mustang i threw it in 3rd and broke it completely off, i even broke all the thread off so i cant put another knob on it so im just gonna spend the money on a really nice short throw
