Played the sickest blues, the widest repertoire, played the fastest and highest, could play strict or free, and dominate in each category, the most all around ability that shined and, most importantly, pioneered on 2 genres of new york afro cuban and bepop jazz. They were the first to do it all... i repeat ALL.... since their time.... they were before their time.and all that come after strives to be their blueprint. they sit on thrones
